Summary
Everything happened so fast, Peter truly doesn’t remember exactly how they got to the hospital. One minute, Dr. Strange was at Tony’s side, then he was tossing a change of clothes Peter’s way—which he still has no idea how he got in the middle of the crumbled remains of the Avenger’s Compound but he’s grateful for them so his identity doesn’t get blown—and the next, they’re stepping out of a portal inside of a hospital’s ER.
Peter followed closely behind Pepper and Rhodey as a team of nurses wheeled Tony towards the ICU double doors, only to be stopped by a nurse when she noticed Peter following.
The nurse put a hand on his shoulder, stopping him as she looked at him with a mixture of concern and worry at the sight of his face. “Family only beyond this point.”
“But I’m-“ Peter tried, but the nurse shook her head.
“Family only.” She repeated in a finalizing tone.
As they wheeled Tony into the ICU through the double doors, Peter managed to catch a glimpse of the uninjured side of his face before the doors closed, completely blocking Peter off from him.

Summary
“Looks like our little friend is awake,” An unfamiliar voice says before he’s aware of a hand on his chin, forcing his limp head up. “Did the little spider have a good nap?”
Peter forces his heavy eyes open, only to squeeze them shut with another groan as pain shoots from behind his eyes, all the way up to his head. He jerks back and dislodges the foreign hand from his face before trying to move away, only to find that he can’t.
He can’t move.
Why can’t he move?
Panic flows through Peter at the sudden realization as he opens his eyes halfway, squinting as he manages to look down at himself, only to discover that he’s tightly wrapped in a string of bright multi-colored Christmas lights tied to... a Christmas tree.
Why is he tied to a Christmas tree?
OR
Peter bites off a little more than he can chew and winds up getting kidnapped by the Tracksuit Mafia, only for a certain someone with a bow and arrow to come to his rescue.
