When Sentinel Prime’s younger son, Rodimus Prime, is stolen from the palace by a great and powerful dragon, Sentinel makes the decision to elevate over a thousand citizens of Iacon into an order of knights and sends them on a quest: bring him his son, safe and unharmed, and the head of the beast whole stole him away in the first place. To whichever knight succeeds in this endeavor, Sentinel Prime promises a boon.
Ratchet did not expect to be picked as one of these so-called ‘knights’. Nor did he expect that, when finally confronted with the dragon in question, that he would be reunited with someone he never thought he'd see again.

Blitzwing never would’ve thought that it would be this easy.
Who knew all it took to get Optimus’ attention was a little boldness. Just a little invasion of his space. They should’ve done this ages ago, instead of Blitz’s idea of showing their interest through combat prowess.
“Optimus,” They coo, enunciating each syllable with purpose. Optimus’ flush deepens, which makes Zing giggle. “You’re very cute.”

During a tentative peace treaty between the Autobots and Decepticons, Blitzwing decides it's better late than never to act on their crush for Optimus and get in his personal space about it.

In all of recorded history, Optimus Prime is the first Cybertronian chosen by the Matrix of Leadership to not be descended from the long, unbroken line of Primarchy. This betrayal was the catalyst for starting the Civil War that has since divided and ravaged Cybertron, a constant ebb and flow of heated battles and the false quiet of cold war tactics.
Within the throes of war, two princes have grown: the heir of the Decepticon Empire and Megatron's adopted sparkling, Deadlock, and the heir of the Autobot Primarchy, Rodimus. While Deadlock has since risen to the position of Second-in-Command of the Decepticons, Rodimus has spent his life sequestered away from the War, preparing for his destiny as the next Prime. But when the young Prime-To-Be decides he's had enough of being sheltered, he learns very quickly that things are significantly different between fighting on the battlefield and simply training for it. When things go wrong and Rodimus finds himself a captive, he's determined to prove he's capable of being more than a soft little prince, while Deadlock is determined to make his adopted sire proud.
...It would be much easier to accomplish this if either of them could keep their servos off each other.

When Arcee, Hot Rod, and Springer wind up in a Decepticon prison block following a mission gone awry, Deadlock is one of the very last mechs they expect to come calling. Well. He's one of the last mechs Arcee and Springer expected to come calling. Hot Rod was all too excited about the possibility that Deadlock might come find him again, even if they've never done this with an audience before. Hopefully, they'd put on a good enough show for the two Autobots.
OR: Deadlock pretends to rape Hot Rod in a prison cell while Arcee and Springer look on in horror.

“Stop. Stop it,” Arcee hissed, pressed up against the bars separating her from Hot Rod, her half-horrified pleading underscored by the angry growl of Springer’s engine. “Don’t you dare fragging touch him—”
But it wasn’t as if she could do anything to stop him as Deadlock lifted Hot Rod’s head and stuck a thumb into his lax mouth.
“Look at you, pretty thing,” Deadlock murmured, ignoring Arcee entirely. He pulled his digit free a moment later as his panel retracted and his spike pressurized right over Hot Rod’s head. “Don’t worry, I’ll be gentle with you.”
Frag, but Hot Rod hoped he was lying when he said that.

One of the best ways to show a bot from another Tribe that you are very serious about pursuing them is to actually pursue them. Then catch them, then tie them up and... Well. The steps varry depending on a miriad of factors.
But at least the steps are very clearly defined. The legends and stories are plentiful. The protocol is solid.
And Prowl is much better at social interractions when he has a solid protocol to rely on.
So that's how he plans to respond to Jazz's flirtation.
Jazz honestly didn't expect that.
Not that he's complaining.
