“All this time?” Chan asks. He presses his palm a little firmer against Changbin's chest. If he wanted, he could probably dig in his blackened fingers and rip Changbin's heart right from his chest. The scariest part is that Changbin doesn't know if he would stop him. “It's been a year.”
“A year?” Changbin repeats, surprised. It doesn't feel like it.
Chan hums in affirmation. He reaches for Changbin’s belt, undoing the buckle with ease. “And you've been searching for me?” he asks. His fingers are still icy-cold when they slip past Changbin's waistband to dance across his skin. Changbin hisses at the chill. “Why?” If only Changbin knew. All he knows is that he has been unable to get Chan's pale eyes and smirking lips out of his mind ever since the first and only time he saw him.

“Yes,” Jisung responds on autopilot. Chan raises his eyebrows, and it's all he needs to do for Jisung to confess: “No.”
Chan huffs. “Rude,” he says, faux-offended. The smile pulls even wider, wide enough to show off his dimples. An intrusive thought of dipping his tongue into them flashes through Jisung's mind before he manages to silence it. “What's got you so distracted, huh?” Jisung bites the inside of his cheek to stay quiet. He doesn't know how to respond in a sane, appropriate way. He's thinking so hard about what not to say that he must have mentally projected his illicit reasons straight into Chan's head. Everything seems to be moving in slow motion as Jisung watches Chan's eyes drop to Jisung's lap. Jisung is wearing his favorite comfortable grey sweatpants because all of his other clothes had felt like a sensory nightmare today, which unfortunately also means that it's obvious. It's so obvious. Chan's lips part on a surprised gasp.

“Happy birthday, hyung,” Hyunjin says. He's stretched out on top of the covers, dressed in nothing but his favorite satin robe, long limbs effortlessly arranged in what he knows to be a seductive pose. “I'm here to give you your present.” Changbin looks around the room as if he's searching for an actual present, and Hyunjin rolls his eyes with a chortle. “The present being me. “Oh,” Changbin breathes. His lips quirk into a smile, slightly crooked. He looks cute and boyish with his bare face and his newly washed curly hair. Hyunjin keeps his eyes fastened above the neck and pointedly does not look at the way Changbin’s arms look in that tanktop. Changbin steps closer to the bed. “And what am I supposed to do with you, then?”
Hyunjin hums. He stretches out a leg to run his foot up the inside of Changbin’s thick thigh until he can dip his big toe just past the hem of his honestly offensively short shorts. “That's for you to decide, birthday boy,” Hyunjin drawls.
