“Our apartment,” says the man. He’s standing now. Peter didn’t notice when he got to his feet. “Can you tell me who you are, sweetheart?”
Peter laughs, incredulous. He’s not exactly sure what he’s laughing at. “Peter,” he says. “Of course, I know who I am.”
“Okay,” the man says, sounding just as concerned and careful as before. “But you don't know who I am?”

The silence was fifty shades of extremely awkward, so Wade took a deep breath and decided to make it all worse.

Over the years the Avengers have made a few attempts to recruit Spider-Man to their ranks only to receive a resounding no each time. With Public intrigue growing again it's time for their next try, the only problem with that, Spider-Man is resolutely ignoring their calls. So they call in an outside man to get Spider-Man into a meeting room.
And while most their hopes get dashed the moment the X-Men send them Deadpool for help, Tony has a simply solution.
See as a personal project for himself he hired a photographer, specifically Spider-Man's old photographer Peter Parker. Who just so happens to be in the room when Deadpool shows up.
With Peter's old relationship with Spider-Man and Deadpool's tracking(stalking) skills they'd make a great Spider-Wrangling team.[Or: Peter and Wade are hired to bring in Spider-Man, which works out about as well as you think it will for Peter.]

Penelope Parker, on the other hand, is lucky enough to not have to worry about it on a day-to-day basis. Summary
Peter wasn’t used to working with immortals, sure he could wrap his head around faster healing and enhanced recovery but everything he knows pales in comparison to Deadpool. Depending on the severity of injury it normally took Wade 60 seconds to be back on his feet or at least showing improvement.
It was stupidly calming to count out those 60 seconds, to the extent that it became what it is now, a low steady hum pressed in tight with his heart, the extra weight working wonders at keeping him grounded.
60 seconds passed too quickly, seeing as Wade didn’t show a single sign he would come back soon. Peter’s every active nerve singed in the quick shock of an electric alarm bolting through him.
“Why the fuck is he not breathing.” Peter’s fist clenched and unclenched, his mind and body at war over punching or webbing, depending on when they broached into his space it could be either one.
“He should be breathing by now. It only takes a minute, it’s been five. So I’ll repeat myself one more time before I start hitting people. Why the fuck isn’t he breathing.”[Or: Wade dies, get's collared with a power suppressing collar and doesn't heal, Peter flips out- just a bit]
