Summary
In this chaotic and humorous crossover, Superman accidentally abducts Danny Phantom—a glowing, stardust-covered, humanoid alien-looking teen—during a high-speed space mission. Danny, high on stardust, immediately charms (and irritates) the Justice League with his carefree attitude and insatiable appetite for cosmic snacks. Things escalate when Danny starts casually eating kryptonite, much to Superman's dismay and Lex Luthor's horror, while the League scrambles to understand who (or what) Danny is.
The truth unfolds when Danny reveals he’s not an alien but a being from an alternate Earth. He’s the Ancient of Time and Space and the Prince of the Infinite Realms, a dimension that exists between universes. As a cosmic entity, Danny’s responsibilities include protecting the multiverse, but his true talent seems to be causing mayhem wherever he goes. While the Justice League struggles to manage Danny's antics, they grow fond of the chaotic but good-hearted ghost boy.
In the end, Danny becomes an honorary member of the Justice League, much to Clockwork’s relief, as Danny now has new people to annoy instead of his old mentor.

"I’d like to file a formal complaint!” Steve announced a few days later, stomping into the kitchen and leveling one of those patented All American scowls in Tony’s direction. “Why would you give Bucky a kitten? The damn thing is like a hairball of knives! PLUS he named it Steve! Bucky named that piece of fuzz Steve cos he said it acts like me before the serum!"
"You before the serum.” Tony had to work very VERY hard to keep his face calm. “Why– why ever would that be?"
"Because its tiny and scrappy and it’s mouth is too gotdang big for its size!” Steve yelled. “Bucky gave it a bath and then took a picture and sent it to me! He said Kitten Steve looked like a drowned rat just like Human Steve used to!"
“Uh yes, good morning?” Clint also stuck his head into the kitchen. “I’m here to file a formal complaint? Bucky is teaching Kitten Steve to hunt birds and if that mangy cat takes out any more of my hair, I will be billing Stark Industries to pay for a toupee, alright?"
"Oh good I’m so glad Kitten Steve is catching on.” Steve muttered.
(Or: Tony gets Bucky a kitten and shenanigans and falling in love ensue)

Sam’s alarm is what alerts him to the waking world, but the thing that tethers him there is the feeling of soft fur under his left hand. He frowns, smacking at his alarm clock to get it to shut up and dislodging his companion enough that the cat meows and Sam’s head whips up to look at his chest. Sure enough under his left hand there’s a cat laying there, giving him an unimpressed look as Sam shifts again.
“Uhh,” he says brilliantly, mostly because he doesn’t have a cat.
