Luigi’s nightmare had been so vivid. His body had been strung tight, rope winding around him as hot red flashes along his body. From his throat to his stomach he’s taunt; he had never been more frightened in his life. He wakes with a start, his eyes groggy as he tries to adjust to the moonlit cottage around him. There’s a pounding on the door that sends him scrambling to his feet.
“Just a minute!” He shouts, nearly tripping as he shoves his feet into house slippers. The knocks grow louder and as he opens the door, a toad’s fist collides with his groin.Series

Until The Mario Bros. get a job call years later and end up in a different portal to The Mushroom Kingdom.
Luigi wants to see his secret friend again, but everyone keeps warning him about The Dark Lands and the cruel Koopa King that lives there.
Did he know the real Bowser? Or is he holding onto a young love that wasn’t even able to bud?

But it was all for nothing!
