There is a visitor. A new beast in the Forest. It has four legs, like the centaurs, but it’s unlike anything Aragog has ever sensed. Cold, metallic, clanging. Few dare to venture deep enough into the Forest to reach Aragog’s lair, and those who do creep and hide, avoiding the Acromantula. The visitor makes no effort to be stealthy. It tramples through the undergrowth, loud and unapologetic. Foolhardy. Reckless. Intriguing.

Summary
Harry finds a better life with the basilisk, but that doesn't mean it's easy. From inter-being feuds, to bloody prophecies, to elven unrest, Harry is in the eye of a hurricane that will change the wizarding world forever.
Involving thestrals, merfolk, house elves, centaurs, acromantulae, and various other friends, denizens, and allies.
This series is: Queer in a multitude of ways. Morally complex. A massively canon-divergent AU. Filled with oc's and non-oc's. A story about relationships, love, trust, friendship, healing ... and revolution.
There are seven novel-length fics, plus a prologue (to leap and love the fall) and two longer stories (with courage unyielding and the gentle sunlight). The short story collection to journey on contains shorter stories set within the main timeline. All are posted in the correct reading order.

Summary
Despite having heard Snape offering his help to Malfoy in whatever conspiracy he's involved in, Harry and Hermione find out it's still not enough to expose Malfoy. So, they, frustrated, employ some underhanded methods.
Daphne, in the continuation of her resolve to be more open with her friends, invites them to her family home in USA, the same nation where the Blacks are currently living in under a disguise. They are approached by an old friend.
Dumbledore shares further information about Tom Riddle with Harry and Hermione, although he never lets on how he injured his own right arm. Moreover, someone (Malfoy, if you ask Harry and Hermione) is hellbent on killing him but he's unbothered like usual.
Harry and Hermione go for becoming Animagi but hijinks ensue. Now Hermione's bonded to a beast that happens to be the most vicious and mysterious of them all.
Everything comes to a heart-stopping conclusion in the end that turns the whole Wizarding World upside down.
