Summary
One cold morning Harry Potter finds a baby left on his porch. Not one to leave a baby to die he takes the poor thing in. Baby acquisition has begun,
Tom Riddle has spent his life so far building up an empire, cold and harsh. He isn't wanting or ready for and heir. One day during his rut he is raped by one Bellatrix Lestrange ( It's not really mentioned in the story). He had planned her death, until it was revealed she had fallen pregnant. After having given birth Bellatrix sends the baby away, hiding it from Tom until it's too late for him to stop her.
I suck at summary's, and writing, but anyways.
The gist of it is:
Harry becomes a single mother overnight raising Tom's kid, it takes a while but Tom is able to track his child down. Finding her living happily with Harry, they split custody after Tom explains the situation. Harry's cute Tom's hot, plot happens, wham bam thank you ma'am.
Harry's a little crazy, but I love him anyways, you go babygirl.

Summary
Bellatrix entrusts her sister Narcissa to look after her daughter if she does not return from the Battle of Hogwarts. Which she does not. Narcissa cannot look after the child and so turns to her cousin, one who she knows will keep the girl safe. Sirius Black takes in the child and she is raised as his own. The only people who know of Delphi's true heritage are Sirius, Narcissa and Andromeda. Not even Harry, his beloved Godson. It remains this way for years, the trust between Sirius and Delphi strong and their relationship close.
That is until dark forces and rumours begin to circulate the wizarding community and the truth begins to come out piece by piece. A truth that puts Delphi in danger from her step-father and the Ministry of Magic. It turns out Sirius was not always as honest with her as she thought he was.

"Too bad that they're mine now" The Dark Lord let go of his jaw and wrist, but caressed his cheek delicately, which surprised him deeply.
"Yes, my horcrux, but now they have a better use, don't they?" He hissed as the Horcrux continued smirking. "You are dismissed".

The Headmaster gave them all a quick-once over, confirming again that none of them were suffering from curse effects or gaping holes in unfortunate places. Then, his non-twinkling gaze settled on Mystery Potter and the munchkins. “You have a great deal of explaining to do, young man."
James instinctively found himself leaning back a little, because yikes - the handful of times he and his friends got up to great enough mischief McGonagall handed them over to the Headmaster for a reprimand, the old codger always seemed more amused than angered.
Certainly not the case anymore.

Summary
Voldemort wins the war. Harry dies, but he doesn't seem to be for real.
The end of the war is celebrated, the last rebels are captured and Lord Voldemort definitively becomes the ruler of magical Britain. Everything seems to be going well, there was nothing and no one who could have turned against him (not now that Dumbledore was not there, not now that Harry Potter was not there), and the order of the phoenix was finally falling. But boredom comes soon and Voldemort begins to have fantasies (it was that, it couldn't be real) of the boy-who-survived haunt his days.
Or…
Harry dies, he dies for real, but somehow his spirit can't catch the Hogwarts Express and so (after what seem like years) he returns to the earthly plane as a ghost. Great, right? He could help his friends and hope to return as Voldemort had done in his fourth year. The only problem? It was that no one saw him, except his former enemy. Well... No one forbid Harry to have a little fun, did they?

Summary
Delphini isn't a child. She has no mother and no father. There is no one that loves her, no one that can hold her or kiss her hurts away. The portrait of her mother is cruel and sadistic, forever caught in the past. Her father's portrait is different though. He cares for her as much as he can through the portrait.
Everything changes when she meets Harry Potter. Despite being her father's vanquisher, he is kind and treats her like the child she is. He gives her hugs and plays with her and is oh so kind. This, she thinks, is what a mother should be like. So she disowns her Bellatrix and seeks out her real mother as much as she can.
The only thing that would be better would be to have both of her parents together, her mama and papa. So she schemes and does whatever it takes to go to the past. She'll save both of her parents and show them that they're soul mates. She wants parents who love each other. She wants parents who love her. She wants to be loved, and that's what she'll get.
