His back aches when it collides with the wall from how fast he kicks his legs in front of him. The impact pulls another wheeze from Techno, but the boy could care less. Anything to delay the inevitable is appreciated.
Even if he has to deal with stone cutting into his sides and snagging onto loose pieces of clothes.
“Hold on,” he chokes, reorienting himself, “I’m—I’m human.” Ignoring the blurring in his vision and the wet streams rolling down his face, he whispers, “You can’t hurt me.”
Silence follows the statement, the only thing left audible is Techno’s sniffling.

Tommy and Tubbo, a few moments before the bomb lands and the world ends, Karl runs up to them.
"Hey Karl" Tubbo said, sadness recognizable in his voice. Karl doesn't respond tho. Instead, he pulls out a purple book with a green spiral at the Cover and starts looking through it.
"Karl?" Tommy asked unsure, "Karl, what are you doing?"
Karl doesn't say anything again. He looks through the book faster and hectically, trying to find one certain page. "Here it is" he finally says.
He starts to whisper something, sounding like a chant or magic. "Karl, what the fuck are you doing?" Tommy asks, afraid of what could come. Karl continues to mumble something.
Slowly, a purple green spiral portal appeared behind him. "KARL! Watch out!" Tubbo yells at his friend. The portal starts sucking things into it, but not Karl. Karl finally looks up from his book, his eyes purple green, instead of brown. "Follow me" he says and motions them to follow him, before he steps into the portal.
