Summary
On a mission with the Justice League Bruce is exposed to a Black Mercy, but it isn't like the last time they were attacked by Mongul's alien plants. Bruce won't wake up and Clark is starting to panic.
Meanwhile Bruce is stuck in the happiest nightmare he could ever imagine. Too bad he doesn't know he's dreaming, otherwise he might've been able to hear Clark calling his name desperately.--
When he lands, the ground crunching underneath his weight, Clark gasps quietly.
“No,” he says, because right there, next to a crying child and its mother, is Bruce. He’s on his knees, looking straight ahead and even without seeing more than his back, Clark already knows what’s happened.
The Black Mercy has attached itself to Bruce’s chest. -

"Ok. So I'm Cap. Who are you?" He beamed as he stretched out his hand to shake the actor's.
"I'm Flash. Seriously, don't you remember anything?" The man looked perplexed as he tapped his earpiece.
"I found Captain Marvel but he has amnesia," Flash spoke into his device.
"Ok, so I'm Captain Marvel. What is this about?" He was trying to play along but he had work to do.

"Daddy!"
Twin boys, four or five year olds, both with his curly black hair and brilliant blue eyes with their mother's sunny smile clamoured onto his lap.
Solomon. Hercules. His sons.

"If you'll leave me alone," muttered Billy. "Ok, Shazam."Lightning struck him out of thin air.
His body thrummed with power as the fog in his mind dissipated. His memories, the real ones came rushing back.
The Justice League. The Justice Society. Courtney. Mary. Freddy. His family.
Then it dawned on him.
"Holy Moley! I've been living someone else's life for the past eight months."He looked at the blonde in the red suit. "Barry, thanks."

"Not yet. Sivana!" Billy clenched his fists."He abducted you?" Superman crossed his arms.
"He caught me before I could transform.
He wanted me out of this universe so he can conquer our world in peace. Usual stuff," he shrugged.
"My gut says he's holding my counterpart prisoner to feed me his memories," Captain Marvel shuddered.
"Now that I've escaped, Sivana has no reason to keep him alive."
He looked at his friends who gathered around him.

Summary
Movie night in Wayne Manor is a common occurance. Normally, the movies range from cute animated films to live action thrillers, but on one particular occasion, National Treasure was the movie of choice. And showing National Treasure to a bunch of highly trained vigilantes with very little impulse control, extreme capabilities, and no collective braincells who are prone to boredom, is, of course, a mistake.
Or, how the batkids became international criminals, committed multiple counts of treason, discovered the existence of a couple of cults, took over an entire country, kidnapped a very important government official, were hunted down by both the Justice League and Interpol, fought cthulhu monsters, made Talia al Ghul laugh, and nearly gave Bruce an aneurysm. Not necessarily in that order.
All because they wanted to prove National Treasure wrong.

Summary
Superman is hope personified. He is light and smiles and the sun after a storm - the people trust him. He knows this. He knows it when he is Clark Kent, average reporter, and he knows it when he is Kal El, the man of steal. Soon he is approached by his fellow heroes, one year into his crusade as the Man of Steel, to join a new group for Earth's defense. The Justice League.
He gets along with Wonder Woman and the Flash and Green Lantern and all the other new heroes, but Batman proves to be a challenge. The hero from Gotham is cryptid, gruff, and if Clark weren't raised with manners, he'd even say a pain in the ass.
However, as the years pass, things change. There are the occasional moments where Clark is able to drop his Superman smile and simply *be*. What do all these moments have in common? Batman (Bruce, as he comes to know him). Superman, for once, is able to exist in the in between of ideals, masks, and lies to find true friendship. And when friendship is no longer a word enough to describe what the two of them share - well that's when things get tricky.

Dick should be in bed by now, Bruce thought to himself as he watched Superman send yet another message to an intergalactic Justice League ally which has so far garnered zero responses. His boy would have to settle with Alfred’s accent to lull him to sleep.
The father will apologize in the morning for his unexpected absence, maybe make it up to him somehow… But until then-
“Tati?”
Conversation halted as each adult in the room faced the entry way that dwarfed the small child standing in it.
That child was his, Bruce processed. His boy in the watchtower, in space, not Gotham. Not back at home, safely tucked away in the security of the manor.

Dick missed his Tati so he goes up to space to find him.

It was maybe the most ironic thing about it, that Connor Hawke was the first to know.
Connor, who had yet to ever tell the difference between someone hitting on him and just being nice. Connor Hawke, who freaked whenever it was pointed it out to him after the fact. This time it was a girl who approached them at the mall and engaged Connor in a lengthy discussion about the movies they were browsing, until Kyle had cleared his throat and raised his eyebrows and Connor got the hint.
And proceeded to freak out.
“I don’t freak out,” Connor said, for the countless time, frowning as Kyle nearly laughed himself sick. “I get mildly perplexed.”
“Which is ‘Connor’ for freaking out.”
“No, it means mildly perplexed.” Connor sighed, glancing furtively over to where the girl had gone back to her friends. “Why can’t people just be more obvious?”
Kyle shrugged, picking up one of the movies and reading the back. “Most of us pick up the social cues just fine. I blame your wasted youth in a monastery.”
“It wasn’t wasted,” Connor said, knocking his shoulder against Kyle’s. “Besides, it’s not just me. Jason hasn’t noticed your giant crush on him yet.”
