Amity Park was finally calming down after everything with Vlad and the GIW. The GIW did not learn their lesson and are now lurking in Amity under the cover of tourists. They're left alone for the most part. But then the Justice League shows up. They're asking questions about Phantom. Danny panics, spends some time in the Zone, and when he emerges he's pleasantly surprised. Well, as pleasantly as he can be when he's fearing for his life and death again.
