After being threatened with a bullshit lawsuit, he is given a rather absurd choice; go toe to toe with the mysterious enemy he’s made set on burning his life’s work down, or enter into an arranged bond with the newly crowned Prime.

    Enraged at the audacity, he signs the contract. But Ratchet isn’t one to take things lying down. He shows up on his fiancé’s doorstep ready for anything…or so he thought.

    As it turns out, he wasn’t prepared for his conjux-to-be to be a genuinely nice guy that loves to cook and hates the government just as much as he does. And he never would have thought he would find him to be so charming. It would be a nice surprise if only pieces of his past that he’s done everything in his power to bury would stop coming back to ruin the mood.
