Summary
Rose Quartz has declared war on Homeworld, demanding the liberation of Earth. Desperate to rid the colony planet from Gem control and prevent further destruction by the continued use of Kindergartens, the rebel Gem enlists anyone who is willing to fight in her cause. The Diamond Authority appoints Yellow Diamond and her forces to strangle back control of the colony planet.
Amethyst is one of countless Gem warriors bred from the Kindergartens and falls beneath Yellow Diamond's command. During a skirmish between forces, she finds herself with an opportunity to shatter the leader of the resistance, Rose Quartz. Just before her whip can wrap itself around the enemy Gem's neck, her attack is intercepted. It's at this moment she finds herself locked in combat with a Pearl. -

Summary
The Crystal Keatons (Feb-Jun, 2017) was a 4-part Steven Universe fan-comic created by Cybernetic Cupcake, set in an alternate universe in which the Crystal Gems have an additional member, Howlite, who is heavily based on silent comedian Buster Keaton, hence the title.
The AU explored gender politics, Homeworld relations & technology, and experiments in the internal logic of the show. It ended after Cybernetic Cupcake could no longer keep up with canon revelations, yet elements of it have ended up as part of Cybernetic Cupcake's more dedicated AU, A Course in Advanced Rebellion.
Cybernetic Cupcake created The Crystal Keatons having thought of ways to improve Steven Universe's message while at the time expressing interest in Buster Keaton's silent films. This crack crossover turned into a convoluted tale taken far too seriously for anyone's good!

This was an old project back when I hated Steven Universe's guts for too many reasons to list here comfortably. For some bizarre reason (read: it intersected with my special interests at the time), I got the idea to merge Steven Universe with the silent comedy works of Buster Keaton, and the rest is twisted history. In addition, I intended to "fix" certain ideas, but I got carried away and made an entirely different canon than I wanted to. It was fun, though, with my own ideas intermingling with canon in a way that got me to think about what I loved about Steven Universe, along with some ideas that I wish that they could have tackled, but didn't for whatever reason.
NOTE: I've noted in a lot of my Steven Universe fan-works that I pair off Pearl (among other Gems) with male-presenting characters. This was never with the intent to "erase" Pearl's attraction to women or to "correct" her views, but in retrospect I fear I might be unfair to Pearl by suggesting that a masculine partner might be somehow "better" for her than a feminine one. It might be reflective of the views I had on relationships with women, but I am in the process of learning better. Again, I had no "erasure" in mind, just a simple crack pairing between a once-favorite Gem and a Gem version of a favorite silent comedian.

Summary
Clarity is a name given to the very first sapphire, a gem held in high regard but also in captivity. However, perhaps someone will soon show her what living is, beyond what she is told by other prisoners, and that she can be free.
Ruby is just another soldier, waiting on the last of her quotas so she can live a calm life on Homeworld, a future some gems would kill for, but still finds herself feeling empty. Perhaps she can find a certain gem and, in trying to help her, end up helping them both.
(Note: The plot has changed!)
