SMG4 is doing a great job (sarcasm) of ignoring the fallout of Puzzlevision. In fact, he's doing so great that he's back to business as usual, heading to SMG3's Coffee and Bombs to get some video scripting done. It's not until he enters the cafe that he remembers two very important things:
1. He and SMG3 are cosmically linked, and
2. SMG4 might not have been the only one to be affected by Puzzlevision...Or: the result of my musings on how Youtube Arc SMG3 isn't so different from Puzzlevision Arc Mr. Puzzles.

Summary
Puzzles decides to not go through with his plan, for one reason: He's pregnant, with (possible) twins or perhaps triplets. Having grown to care about Puzzles, Wpnz decides to help him through it.
But while Puzzles is going through this pregnancy, Meggy somehow gets involved, and apparently, so does Karen. All Puzzles wants at the moment is to try to have his children without any problems.
Unfortunately, things turn chaotic when SMG4 and SMG3 get involved with the situation. Puzzles tries his best to avoid complications, safely have his unborn children, calm his apparently overprotective partner down, and assure the crew that revenge is the last thing on his mind at the moment.
Of course, things don't always go to plan.
