    “Don’t worry,” Wade tells him. Summer in the city is blissful, but none of that elation is displayed in the dismal gray sky or the frantic traffic below them. “I’m sure that one day, somebody’ll come to punish me for all the things I’ve done in my life. I just don’t recognize anybody who can.”

    Peter reaches forward. Wraps his fingers around his arm. Holds him to hold him. “But I don’t want your punishment.”

    He wants his health. He wants his happiness. He wants him.

    “I want your recovery. And I don’t-” His grip tightens. “I don’t know how to help you.”

    Wade takes his hand and presses it against his heart.

    “This,” He admits, a smile ghosting across his lips. “This is how.”

    After Doctor Strange’s spell and month after month of starved depression, the last thing Peter needs is Deadpool settling down in Queens with a beyond-the-grave mission from Tony Stark to “find and protect the kid”. Hoping to distract him from finding his identity, he develops an alliance with the mercenary. Then a friendship. Then a crush. With lines getting crossed and connections growing deeper, by the time Peter realizes he's fallen in love, it's far too late to back out.

    Recluse exists now. Peter Parker exists. Who is Peter Parker? The databases and information are gone, wiped, officials are paid to keep their mouths clamped shut less they risk a bullet to their brain.

    Fury is... curious. Which isn't a good thing. It's never a good thing to have Fury curious. The chairs are intimidated and that also isn't great. And worse of all, the newest avenger... Iron lad... is slightly endeared by this vigilant.

    Just who the hell is Recluse? Why does he have so many friends in high and low places?

If Webs was truly dating Peter, it meant they had something special, something that made Spidey feel safe enough to share his secret. And Wade couldn’t deny it; the idea of someone else being close to his best friend made his gut twist in an unfamiliar way.

    Here Peter parker sits in the cold Central Park in New York City.

    On Thanksgiving day with nothing but his backpack, coat and camera.

    He never thought he would end up lonely on such an important holiday.

    And to be homeless at that.

    But then a stranger with a warm smile and scars aligning his face decides to sit next to him handing him a cup of hot chocolate in 40 degree weather.

     

    This story is on going. So updates will be made every other week or two. Also for editing purposes. I will update two chapters at a time then go back to edit some mistakes.
