Summary
What if some of those old poettic eddas had merit in truth? What if Thor and Loki and everyone in Asgard had their memories wiped and there was actually a giant wolf, an eight-legged horse, a giant sea serpent, and a goddess of death directly spawned from Loki? What if Angrboda was actually a monster who took advantage of a much younger Loki? What if all of this somehow was integrated into the MCU???
We're not dealing with MCU Hela anymore. Forget her. Let's see what happens when old stories clash with new ones in a different sort of Ragnarok.
Right as Odin is about to die, he drops some heavy truth bombs onto an unsuspecting Loki and Thor. His death is not unsealing the goddess of death. His death is undoing a massive suppression spell on the entire nine realms! Oh, and did I also mention Baldur might be out there somewhere?
Loki and Thor have to somehow track down all of these powerful beings all while grappling with flashes of memories they have forgotten. At least Sleipnir is happy to help out!

Forget Sakaar! How about a cosmic space orca and a society whose culture is based around vore? Get swallowed alongside Thor into the existential insanity that is Omi in this AU that replaces the Thor: Ragnarok timeline. She's a ruminant, but there's a lot more Thor needs to ruminate on as he slowly loses himself after already being degraded by a jungle moon. Wait... where did the moon go?! ;)
This is more than just a dive into the belly of a beautiful goddess. There is some genuine psychological and emotional stuff here!
