“Who’re you texting, James?” Sirius asks, grinning, “You’re smiling all lovesick at your phone.”
Peter smile and shoves Sirius’ shoulder, “I wonder if he’s texting Lily~”
James groans, locks his phone, and tucks it under his thigh, “I don’t see her like that.”
“Doesn’t mean you can’t still be in love with her.” Sirius throws back, raising a brow.
“It’s not Lily.”
“But that means it’s someone.” Remus adds, stepping into the room, “You haven’t denied that you’re texting someone.”
“Fine, yes. I’m texting my boyfriend.” The statement makes his friends--well, more Peter and Sirius--gape at him.

The marauders find out that James has a boyfriend but he doesn't tell them who.

Summary

James Potter is messy. He’s reckless, impulsive, and he is a distraction that Regulus should stay far away from.
During a performance, Regulus gets injured and ends up having to spend time with his brother and the marauders on their first North American tour. It doesn’t exactly go as he expected.
