basically, library of ruina but it had less than a quarter the angst that the actual library of ruina had. and the abnormalities are actually just as powerful as they were in lobcorp.
starting with roland but his wife ain't dead.
starts just as the library becomes a star of the city. certain characters will keep their base personalities but will otherwise be almost completely changed. certain receptions will be completely changed as characters that were supposed to go to the library sooner won't have done so until now. power dynamics will also change.
