They say it's because they want to make Second become their Brother-in-Law, but it's really because watching Green and Second pining for each other while still somehow not realizing that their feelings are mutual is slowly but steadily driving all three of them insane.
It's a shock to all of them that nobody else has noticed what's going on between the two until Purple points it out to them.
Then, at least, they're finally able to get even more people to assist in their mission to make Second and Green admit their feelings to each other.

It was no brainer Agent likes Victim, everyone knew that. Agent knew that, the workers of rocket corp knew that, Ballista knew that, Primal as well and even Hazard who was always clueless on what’s happening. It seems that Victim is the only stick in the damn facility who is clueless (is he really?), and Agent is fine with that. He wasn’t really interested in starting any relationship with his boss (yeah he’s lying).
After all anyone can see Victim favor Agent more than the other mercs. If only Agent could see that as well…
