Summary
Years have passed since Leo passed away, but Otabek is still living as if it were yesterday. Having been in the field since then, Madam Director recalls him to headquarters for a new mission.
“Now what do you want?”
“I see time hasn’t healed any wounds, but I have a mission that might,” she started, “There’s a trafficking ring in South Africa that we need to infiltrate. I want to team you up with a liaison. One of ours has been loosely working with them, so we have an in. We just need someone on the ground with this agent.”
“I don’t have time nor the patience to play babysitter, Madam,” Otabek said.
“This agent has proven themselves capable in many situations, I just need a little more muscle for the job,” she said.
“Right. Where do I meet this agent?”
“I want you to come back to headquarters,” the director instructed, “We can go over details and you can come up with a plan of action with them.”
“With all due respect, I’m not leaving until you tell me who it is, Madam Director,” he argued.
“Yuri Plisetsky.”

11:58PM. It takes one minute to change Iruka's life forever but will he emerge from his nightmare?
A quick glance at his watch revealed he had five minutes before he could close the store. He lifted his head and watched the stock man mopping the floor, pleased that he was ahead of schedule. Hearing the front door open, his heart dropped when he saw two masked men with shotguns step into the store. His eyes darted to the clock above the door.

Summary
Kakashi comes home from a gruesome mission, searching for comfort from Iruka to help cope with his mental anguish.
Kakashi arrived home just as twilight set though no one could tell due to the deluge affecting Konoha. It had been a nightmare of a mission, the type he would never want to go on again. He tried to shove it out of his mind time and again on his way back to the village but flashbacks plagued him relentlessly. Finally reaching the apartment he shared with his partner, Kakashi opened the door and went inside before collapsing onto the floor, rainwater streaming from him onto the tile below.
“Hey,” Iruka said with a cheerful smile until he took in the ANBU member sitting on the floor with his arms propping him up, “Bad mission?”
“The worst,” Kakashi replied, struggling with Iruka when he knelt in front of him and pulled him into his arms, “I’m soaking wet.”
“I don’t care,” Iruka stated, “I have a partner that needs some tender loving care. You can tell me about your mission if you’d like.”

Summary
The beginning of the year means the start of a new esports season. The team attracts several recruits, but can Sasuke handle the one he's promised to help?
“Gimme that,” Sasuke ordered, taking the file from his friend.
He skimmed the application and remembered the email address from the correspondence he’d exchanged with them. He got the impression that they were a casual player but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Reading the personal information, he was less than impressed.
“This guy is from the community college in the next county,” Sasuke said, “They don’t have a team and he’s been out of high school long enough not to be on one of theirs.”
“I still think we should give him a shot. See what he can do,” Neji said, “He doesn’t have to be on a team to be good. That and he plays most of the games we participate in.”
“That is a point in his favor,” Shino chimed in, “I’d like to give him a trial regardless. If he isn’t up to par, let’s train him.”
“Yeah, that makes sense,” Sasuke mumbled, chewing his lower lip, “I’ll bring him up to speed. He can be my personal project.”

Summary
Phoenix is the director at a Los Angeles preschool and when one of his students goes missing in a museum, the police are called. The detective sent is none other than Miles Edgeworth, their first encounter not going well at all.
Phoenix was beside himself while he gave a statement to the first officer to arrive. He hated standing around doing nothing while Rory was still missing. It was then that he noticed a man dressed in a cranberry suit approaching them, a scowl on his face that anyone could see from a mile away.
Phoenix had to admit he was attractive, would be even more so if he was smiling. His tailored suit accentuating his alluring frame, his interesting hairstyle adding to his appeal. When he drew closer, Phoenix mentally whimpered when he could take in his facial features up close. Feeling guilty about internally swooning over the man while one of his charges was missing, Phoenix banished the thought from his mind and focused on the matter at hand.
“I’m Detective Miles Edgeworth,” he said, pulling a notepad and pen out from his messenger bag, “When was the last time you saw the child?”

Summary
Miles looked up at him slowly something very sad and shockingly vulnerable in his expression, and said voice low barely above a whisper, “You don’t understand the whole truth about the class trial.”
In which Miles doesn't remember the class trial the same way Phoenix does and is afraid that, when he finally gets up the courage to tell him the whole truth things will change between them forever, and they do, though perhaps not quite in the way Miles expected.

Summary
Miles Edgeworth is incredibly attractive and he knows it. He has lived his life as the pursued not the pursuer which is, of course, as it should be. This worldview however is thrown somewhat off balance when he is forced into putting some effort into seducing a certain individual who is beginning to haunt his dreams. Will his attempts at seduction be worth the blows to his dignity? And will he get more out of developing this particular skill than he initially bargained for?
