To anyone watching, Elira must look like the luckiest girl in Night City: asked out for noodles by Karlach Cliffgate, the drummer for Chrome Saints, an anarcho-punk band rumored to be doing more than just singing about taking down the corps. The problem? Elira isn’t her real name. She’s S-09-17, a Sakura-line clone trained by Arasaka to seduce, surveil, and disappear. Karlach is her assignment, and S-09-17’s last chance to prove herself useful to Arasaka after a string of mission failures. She’s determined not to fail. But Karlach isn’t like the others, and the longer Elira stays close, the more she starts to feel something that was never part of the script.
Basically, a cyberpunk band au where Karlach is the drummer, Shadowheart is the lead singer/bassist/lyricist, Lae'zel is lead guitar, Wyll is rythym guitar, and Tav (Elira) is a spy sent to destroy them all.
Shadowheart/Lae'zel is background FWB / dating in every way but the title.
You don't have to have played Cyberpunk, but it might help!
