Summary
Tubbo doesn't know what's going on with Tommy when the blond says he's saving Dream. It's rather fucking weird if he's honest but Puffy's a good therapist and Tommy's his own person. So two days later he's gathered outside the prison with Shroud and Michael in his arms. Ranboo's tail swishes nervously but Wilbur stands there with a proud grin. Phil and Technoblade stand a bit behind Wilbur and Puffy, she's just staring at the building in interest. They heard Sam explode and the 'Awesamdude was slain by TommyInnit using 'Baby'' which is kind of hilarious and he heard Techno let out a snort.
And it takes awhile, just long enough Tubbo starts getting worried just a little more before Tommy comes out. Dream's curled up in his arms, the once feared and powerful, the almost God among men he was, little more.
Dream deserves it all, peace is only an option with Tommy happy.
AKA, Tommy's healed mentally and feels good for the first time in awhile so he goes for Dream. (Just read I'm dumb.)

The Piglin initially put his ears back, but after recognizing Tommy they went up again, and soon he began wagging his tail.
"Strangers." He stated, wrinkling his snout. Tommy rolled his eyes.
"It's Wilbur and Sally."
"Which one is Wilbur?"
Tommy leaned over the rocks and waved to the couple. Sally waved back, but Wilbur was too busy looking around unfamiliar territory and being nervous.
"In the yellow sweater." The boy said, bringing his hand to his head and twirling his wrist - a sign for fluffy or curly hair.
Technoblade narrowed his eyes and stared at him the way a teacher stares at a student who once again failed their exam - judgemental and without any mercy or pity.
"I could break him in half. He looks like a small, thin twig. Twigbur." He purred with satisfaction. "Like a pencil."
Or; A six year old Tommy befriended a Piglin. They became brothers.

Well, Tommy isn’t very familiar with “good decisions”. But he was ninety-nine point nine percent sure that calling a dangerously aggressive drug dealer a bitch and kicking him in the balls was not a good decision.
So here he was, being chased down by an angry criminal in the middle of the night.
Fun, right?
He swung among the buildings like a soaring eagle, repeatedly switching between apartments. He felt his phone in his hoodie pocket vibrating violently, very violently. But of course, choosing to check his phone now probably wasn’t a good decision to make, so like the genius he was, he ignored it. Tommy jumped as another shot of bullet dashed beside his left ear, almost hitting the corn snake curled upon his shoulder.
Okay, now he was getting pissed.

Summary
As the sublingual tablet dissolved from the space under Tommys tongue, he felt the effects of the drug begin to take place.
The high that came with the intake of the opioid. The drooping of his shoulders that only happened in the comfort of the pain relief.
He felt so warm.
It was bad for him, he knew it was bad for him, but god was it so relieving.
OR
Tommy’s got an extreme drug addiction and has to learn to cope after getting sent to the hospital due to a dangerous drug intake. This is how SBI come to learn that the youngest amongst them has been messing around with multiple illegal substances right under their noses.
