Hunter’s life before being adopted by the Nocedas felt like a distant, cloudy dream. He only recalled fragments, each one never giving him any proper answers. An unfamiliar masked man, a castle that almost looked gold in the sunlight, and a man dressed in purple reaching out to him with wide green eyes. Then came his dreams, where he stood on a cliff overlooking an island with a colossal skeleton embedded into it, and where a familiar blond man (possibly his biological father) calls out to him. He also recalls waking at the park’s edge, white-hot pain pounding on the side of his head as he was rushed to the hospital. Ever since he was adopted, he eased into a peaceful life with his adoptive mother and eccentric sister, up until an owl stole Luz’s book and led them through a door to an eerily familiar world. Finding himself in a place called the Boiling Isles, and taken in by Eda the Owl Lady, Hunter finds everything all too familiar.

Two star fragments once soared across the night sky, one landed in Teyvat the other landed elsewhere, One lived a joyous life the other suffered. They eventually find each other but their happiness does not last for long.(The original beginning idea was For Aether to actually be born in Teyvat, goes exploring on other worlds, meets Lumine, claims her as his sister, so on and so on. But then I thought to myself, I can do better then that. So I did.)
(I suppose you can say this entire thing somehow spawn from a brainrot from what Nahida said, which it did. This entire story is not going to go how you would expect.)

“The Shadows?” Goro asked, confused.
“Us,” Yusuke replied, a faint smile on his lips. Goro watched as Akira did a standing backflip to gain enough ground to shoot his target while Ann twirled and whipped the Shadow to death.
“Mm, I agree. Your teammates are surprisingly skilled in combat, considering,” he agreed. Yusuke made a small protesting noise, but Goro was too engrossed watching them fight to notice.
