They teach him how to accept himself, not feel pressured into wearing a facade and finds love along the way? (There is themes of age regression as a coping mechanism in this so mind the additional tags when reading) (Also everyone heals and gets some form of therapy for their problems yippee).
This shit show was inspired by a plethora of uni au fics and chat fics i have read and written over the years sooo idk how it'll pan out.

Bakugou Katsuki doesn't know who the fuck came up with the preconceived notion that all hero's were good people, but he'd like to hunt them down and kill them personally, because every time he learns something knew about Endeavour he gets a little bit closer to proving the league of villains right.
He was joking of course, he'd never stoop to those bastard's level, if anything he tries to be more heroic everyday out of pure spite. Yet, the more Todoroki speaks about his childhood, the closer he gets to commiting serval different illegal activities. Icy-hot hot wasn't even his fucking friend but something about him being treated so poorly rubbed him the wrong way for some reason. Not that he'd ever admit that to Todoroki, mind you.
OR
Bakugou learns Todoroki has never celebrated his birthday before and takes it upon himself to change that immediately.
