“-Stop it,” says Sam. His eyes are closed tight, and Bucky agrees with his disgust. It’s worse than the animatronics, really. “Stop talking, right now.”

“Oh, um, hey Tonnnyy,” he says. He’s still wobbling around, which doesn’t hit Tony as the strange part. He’s injured. It’s his slow, slurred speech that worries Tony. “I, uh, I got some woundssss.”
“Yeah, I can see that,” says Tony. He stares at him. Something is wrong, something besides the blood pouring from his leg.
“I think – I think I’m gonna puke,” says Peter. He collapses to his knees, crouching over, and using his hands to prop himself up into a good heaving position.
“If you’re going to throw up all over my balcony,” starts Tony. “You could at least take you take your mask off so you don’t choke on your own vomit.”
or
Spider-Man shows up drunk and wounded on Tony’s balcony, and tells him the tale of how he got into that condition.

Summary
“I don’t understand why we can’t just have a tiny peek under his mask,” said Tony, while he paced the small bedroom.
It was a room normally reserved for the unhoused searching for a safe place to spend the night, but it was working just as nicely as a place to hide Spider-Man away while he recovered from battle.
“Because he needs our help,” answered May. She sat on a metal fold up chair, by the bed Happy and Tony had gently laid Spider-Man on, after they had carried him through the halls of FEAST. “And we don’t expose people when they are vulnerable. He deserves privacy and respect.”
Tony rolled his eyes, growled in agitation, and paced faster, occasionally tugging at his graying hairs. Happy watched his friend from the doorway, something sad splashed in his creased forehead.
OR
May saves a very familiar Spider-Boy while he's passed out in the snow, and then saves him from Tony, who is very interested about his secret identity.

Heartbeat quickening with rapidly growing dread, Peter tucks Morgan closer to his side just as a bright orange light bursts in front of them, accompanied by an intensely loud crackle of lightning that seems to zigzag directly through Peter’s chest.

Summary
The Rogues are back; Tony Stark couldn't even be mad about it - it was his idea after all. He's an Avenger and that means protecting the Earth at any cost - even if he has to deal with a certain star-spangled man and his sullen sidekick. After all, he's been through worse in his life; the loss of his wife and the disappearance of his son 12 years ago. Compared to that, this would be a walk in the park.
Bucky Barnes is back on US soil as a free man. But freedom is more than just physical. On top of that, Steve is desperate for him to be the man he was before. The only problem is; that man is long dead.
Peter Parker has been through the mill but he knows he just had to adapt, roll with the (many) punches and keep going. Spider-man is his safe place now, the one time he could truly feel like himself. Like he is making a difference. He'd make sure no one would suffer like he has, even if he has to track down the perpetrator himself.
