It’s not his job, but it seems Dumbledore is trying to make it Harry’s job.
And well, after living with the Dursleys so long only to end up under the thumb of a brand new manipulator, can Harry really be blamed for running away?
If no one else sees value in Harry, then it’s Harry’s job to find value in himself. That is a job he can live with.

Summary
Butch DeLoria has been in love with Abby Lane since diapers. He spent his entire childhood fighting the feelings she inspired in him and by the time he recognized them for what they were, it was too late. The ice queen of Vault 101 not only didn't want anything to do with him, she didn't want anything to do with romance. Ever.
Abby thought being forced into the wastes was a death sentence and it almost was. But two years out, she'd had a chance to spread her wings in a world where she's free, for the first time in her life, to exist exactly as she is. Life in the vault was simple, predictable and binary. Life outside is anything but, and neither is she.

Summary
The Winter Soldier doesn't know why he pulled that man from the river, but he doesn't really have time to give it much thought because he's surrounded by law enforcement and HYDRA, both of which want him dead or captured. His best bet to escape D.C. is the woman talking on the phone at the far end of an office parking lot a few miles from the helicarrier crash sight. Darcy Lewis did not plan on getting carjacked after a long day at her soul-crushing new job, and she definitely didn't plan on the guy doing it being this mentally unstable and hot as hell.
This fic picks up where Captain America: the Winter Soldier left off and continues into the beginning of Civil War. I wanted to explore how the Winter Soldier and Darcy would interact, explore how Bucky finds himself again after he escapes HYDRA control, and explore an alternate universe in which Darcy changes the course of events in Civil War.

“They were kidnapped six weeks ago,” Pepper answered, her gaze falling to her hands. “And nobody noticed.”
“What the fuck,” Bucky hissed. “How is that possible?”
Dr. Jane Foster and her assistant, Darcy Lewis, have arrived at the Avengers Initiative compound in Upstate New York for personal safety. To everyone's shock Dr. Foster reveals she has finally succeeded in not only opening up the Einstein-Rosen Bridge but controlling it, essentially creating a human version of the Bi-Frost that would allow visitors from all Nine Realms and beyond.
This unforeseen success will no doubt attract the attention of both AIM and Hydra, one of which succeeded in kidnapping the women only weeks before. Captain Rogers, still at odds with the powers-that-be about his friend, Bucky Barnes, will have to use not only his military prowess but cunning and intelligence in order to ensure the women's safety. Because, as it turns out, the good doctor and her assistant have a knack for creating havoc all on their own.

Summary
Bodies Verse is my epic-length body-swap time-travel AU. Darcy and her family (the women of her maternal line) can travel in time and space by swapping bodies with important historical figures about to die before they do their important historical thing. Darcy swaps with Steve, and quite a few rules get broken. This starts a set of dominoes toppling that change the entire world, the entire galaxy, and the fabric of history itself.
There's been some confusion about order, understandable in a time travel fic, so I'm adding order lists in the series notes.

(Tale 18 …) in which Darcy and Bucky have been keeping secrets.
When Coulson tries to pry and starts asking questions she won’t—can’t give him answers to, he (surprisingly) takes the hint and backs all the way off.
She’s grateful. She doesn’t know why he cooperates so readily, but she’s not going to question good fortune. She knows better.
He’s the one who puts out a warning to the security team, in fact, that Dr. Foster likes the wild cats milling around the property she uses for her lab; they’re great mousers and they keep the desert rodent population under control for free at the old car dealership.
Be kind to them, Coulson orders.
Coulson never breathes so much as a word that Darcy knows of to anyone that Darcy uses the presence of those cats to hide her nighttime activities.

Steve Rogers hates those words. The speaker—Fury—isn’t exactly his favorite person these days, either. Rolling his head shoulder to shoulder to relieve the tension, Steve rises from the comfort of his lazy afternoon sprawl in the common room to join the team around the dining table near the kitchen. A stack of folders, some thicker than phone books, lay fanned across the table’s surface.
“And we don’t have time for months of reconn at this point. This situation is developing faster than our limited intel can track. We’re at a significant disadvantage while we build the Avengers Initiative in the absence of S.H.I.E.L.D’s formerly extensive resources.” Fury crosses his arms. “There are several important connections here that we were exploring before the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. Fortunately, this is all hard copy. None of it was ever processed digitally, so we have the only source of intel, but we can’t sit on it any longer.”
“Why not?” Barton asks, flipping open the nearest folder, labeled ‘Faith Lehane, Slayer-General’.
