Summary
Everything falls apart the moment his parents get divorced. Grian is forced to move with his father to the strange town of Akademi, and soon after, his father disappears in the middle of the night. When his social worker begins investigating, Grian is returned to his mother and Pearl in their new town of Hermitsville. He's fine with it all. Really.
Unfortunately, old wounds still bleed.

Scar Goodtimes - Juliet - keeps trying to catch his eye from across the canteen and the corridors. Grian has noticed this because he is desperately trying to put a stop to it. His current methods are keeping his gaze directed to the floor; blue eyes glued to blue vinyl. And, again, if Grian is being honest, he thinks he might be a bit afraid of Scar Goodtimes.

In which Grian has definitely been dealing with it. Really, he has been. He's been dealing with his physically absent mother and his emotionally absent father and his soon to be absent sister. He's been dealing with the fact that Taurtis won't talk to him. He's been dealing with a lot of things.
And, well, he isn't quite sure if this school play is going to fix it or make it worse. Especially when his extra-potent sight only seems to grow the more he stands in the spotlight. Especially when Scar Goodtimes is his Juliet.Series

Summary
What started out as a joke quickly turned into something more devastating.
None of the Hermits were excited for this exchange program, in honesty it sounded stupid to force them out of their well comforted school and home. Scar's friends weren't exactly happy he was the one picked for their social experiment either.
It ended up leading to a rabbit hole of a missing person's case, a teacher's suspicious death, ghosts, and a boy who adamantly refuses to where his uniform.
Scar didn't expect to uncover a cold case when he changed schools.
Or: A combination of the YHS lore where the hermits are able to intervene and help Grian.
