    ( I have not written FF in about a decade, so be gentle)
    This is not the first time that John Constantine's memories seem to be out of sync with those of the world at large. It could be due to his status as a magic user, or it could be because he frequently sleeps in a sentient house that technically exists in it's own pocket reality.

    However things like the entire justice league working together for months to try to take down a possible world ending threat tend to be things everyone else remembers. Normally he'd try ignoring it, but considering the league is now trying to recruit said possible world ending threat, this might require some more looking into.
