Summary

At Warden Poon's prison, Ty Lee finds new, unexpected friends in the Kyoshi Warriors and is comforted by being closer to her family. Meanwhile, Mai meets some of the oddest people she's ever seen: water benders from a swamp in the Earth Kingdom. She even becomes friends with one of them in particular, who challenges her pessimistic view of life.

Summary
“What do you remember?” Iroh asked, his voice grave.
Zuko winced.
“Everything,” he whispered, his raspy voice breaking.When Zuko is banished from the Fire Nation, his Uncle Iroh takes him to the Sun Warriors to heal and hide from his father's wrath. Meanwhile, the remnants of the Southern Water Tribe get washed into the Foggy Swamp on their way to join their sister-nation in the North Pole and are taken in by the tribe of waterbenders there. The Avatar returns a hundred years after disappearing to unravel all of their destinies.
