Summary
Neither Helena or Frances had ever expected to cross paths with anyone special when they both wind up in the small, sleepy town of Havenfall, IN. Each with their own reasons, of course - one a bit more dire than the other. But as luck would have it, the two woman find themselves with only two apartments between them and an inherent bond that seems to call them by name. While the vampire normally wasn't all too accustomed to letting people in, not since she was turned anyways, she can't help but find herself immediately drawn to Frances - her kindness and warmth all too familiar to her. Will she finally allow herself the chance of something more... of finally having someone to trust? Or will the task at hand get in the way?
