Eight years, since he woke up in the Shrine of Resurrection, without any memories.
Six and a half years since Calamity Ganon was defeated.
Five and a half years since the first portal appeared.
Two and a half years since he had to say goodbye to the other heroes.
Two months since he and Zelda had decided to explore the forbidden depths under Hyrule castle.
A few weeks after Link returned to the surface he arrives at the place he calls home. He feels alone, but he finds comfort in his memories.
