Megatron does not think himself particularly indulgent of Starscream’s many demands. No, he reasons, their current position—Starscream pressed against his back, one arm draped over Megatron’s side and idly stroking at his abdominal plating—is simply because if the positions were reversed, Starscream’s wings would get in the way.
With neither of them willing to move, they'll have to get creative. Luckily, Starscream has the solution.

Academy bot Optimus is taken to an underground market where he finds old Megatron merch from his gladiator days. Not being vague that he specifically only wanted uncensored footage of his old matches, the vendor sells Optimus an interactive simulation chip that allowed him to meet with a solid hologram of the Champion of Kaon and command him to do anything that was asked. Optimus had no idea what he was getting himself into after activating it, but he certainly didn't have the will to stop himself from continuing forward.
