Summary
William Byers has gotten himself into a bit of a sticky situation. He made and offered a painting to his best friend, Michael Wheeler. The one he was (and is) in love with. The one who dated his sister Jane for years. He delivered it with a speech, a profession of deep and undying love.
And then, William Byers lied. For the first time ever, Will lied to Mike. He pretended that Jane had commissioned the aforementioned painting, that his emotions were hers. He thought there was no chance for him to ever have Mike and so that he might as well save his relationship (and the world along with it). He thought he’d come clean, eventually, about the painting at least. It’d be in everyone’s best interest.
And then Jane fucking died.
Or, that one fanfiction where the author–who’s overly familiar with Cyrano de Bergerac–uses the fact that Stranger Things never brought its use of the Cyrano trope to completion in order to give Will a boyfriend who’s way cooler than Michael Wheeler could ever hope to be.

Kikyou has told and repeated it to her son countless times, so many in fact that he knows it by heart, it and the exact sentences she spoke it within. She sat him down outside and she pat his head and combed through his hair, occasionally tugging, harshly, to correct his posture. She'd said nobody but her was allowed to raise him, to teach him, to love him. To touch him. Compliment him. So he kept coming back to her for praise, which he never got.
Praising was reserved to Killua. Objects saw no praise.

Summary
For 8 to 28 people, ages 10 and up, a game by Philippe des Pallières & Hervé Marly; les Loups-garous de Thiercelieux, or the Werewolves of Miller's Hollow in English, here played by the HxH crew.
They've tried reaching out to some higher, bigger entity to fix their problem, but all always say the same. The police, the FBI, the church, they all think they're insane. Though they say it in other words, call it a placebo effect, or mass hysteria. Always winds up to the same solution, which is to say none. The townspeople have taken matter into their own hands, laws be damned.

Summary
"Yeah—right, that much I'd figured out." Gon steps back for his lover to walk in. He looks out into the patio, checking for potential passerby testimonies by the windows before pulling the door shut with a satisfying click. Finally, he turns back around to face Killua. "Why—no, how—shit. I mean, whose is that?" He sighs, struggling to figure out a correct sentence.
Complexion completely plain and expression serious, Killua responds: "Well, it's all yours now." His arm moves forward, presenting the organ to the other's brown eyes.

Summary
While he acknowledged that if he ever came to be fully capable of compassion he'd probably commit suicide almost immediately, he also found his lack of it to be an issue when in the process of social integration. Years after he separated from the Zoldyck route, it started to become sort of a bother.
It was a constant reminder that, despite trying hard to pretend it was, this was not what he was made for.

In the end, they'd been able to make him want to come. The idea of spending such a long time away from home, and with theater kids of all people, was not a pleasure, principally with Madame for only accompanist. But, on the other hand, there was also the perspective of a week off of school spent with friends, and that side of it was so appealing. Then, there was the logistic aspect. If his parents found out about the trip, they'd force him to go anyway, so he'd have to be extra careful for them not to discover. Reasons added up and Killua came to conclusion that it was just a lot easier to give in, for his final answer was a yes.

Summary
Killua is crazy in love with Gon. He finds Gon perfect: nice, beautiful, sweet, caring, he could go on forever. He thinks it, and he would write it, say it, sing and scream it - had he been a bit more open about his feelings.
When he discovers that Gon reciprocates his love, Killua is sure he has never been so happy, ever. His and Gon's relationship is the best thing that ever happened to him.
To his happiness there is only one stain, a tiny problem: Retz, who is also there, causing turbulence.
Whatever. Aren't relationships about ups and downs? Killua can deal with those.

Gon is revitalized by a fresh new blow of adrenaline when she discovers that she's caught Killua's eyes. Killua, the girl she's had a crush on for an eternity, has finally noticed her.
Except that she won't make the first move. She doesn't want to, for multiple reasons. So, Gon tries to push the words out of Killua's mouth.
Meanwhile, Killua wonders why Gon's behavior suddenly changed. Not that she minds, no. It's still Gon, after all.

Summary
It's a hard time for Gon when his parents announce their divorce. A side of him is excited, tired of the two adults' constant fights with each other and of their disfuncional relationship which has proved to be toxic, for both and for their child. The other side of him is terrified of changes, wants nothing more than to keep sleeping on the couch while his father travels and his mother struggles.
Despite it being extremely stressful, Gon knows it's for the best. And, well, he finally has his own room, so he can invite his boyfriend over now!

It's the early fiftys, and schizophrenic treatments are finally being put in place for the first time. Gon is fifteen when his begins, being one of the first teenagers to ever be diagnosed. He is happy, finally able to sleep at night, and walk around without worrying about anything, other than possibly talking to people that do not exist (which he doesn't mind at this point). His older brother, in a tender age and with whom he doesn't really get along, has a hard time understanding how it all works.

One day, when Gon is hurt and therefore can't fight, he and Killua leave Heaven's Arena for a walk. That day, Gon happens to say something to Killua that frustrates him. Then, like often, they spend a while bickering each other, and fighting over it.
Except that this time, Killua seems genuinely mad, and Gon figures he's said something really wrong.
