Summary
Natasha isn't sure what she has found, or what had happened, but something about Tony Stark was... not Stark-ish at all.
She finds out early on, what exactly makes Tony different. Except, unlike the Black Widow, he weaves the most wondrous webs. Neither truly of the Wolf Spider Ops Program of Department X or the Black Widow Ops Program of the Red Room, he's something in between. He's Nephila, a genus rather than a specific spider, but he is truly the only Golden Silk Weaver to have ever come from the program.
When you put two extremely crafty, and vengeful, arachnids together, you get both lots of laughs and lots of tears, but it's worth it. Especially with Virginia Potts being brought into the fold, and the spiders reaching out for their old mentor, The Winter Soldier, who now just goes by James.
All of that with a hostile "team" fighting actively against the arachnids. One of which is the same arachnid that they seem to forget has them all trapped with the strongest of silk, and a group of 'social spiders' that could be classified as some of the deadliest people in the world... well, it seems he has the advantage against them. He also has no intention of letting anyone know until they are struck dead.

*Basically it's my take of Hydra/Red Room Peter*
Peter Parker has been living in his own personal Hell for his whole life. He was born in a prison cell and experimented on by his own father like a lab rat until he was 3. That’s when they decided to kill both his parents.
After that, Hydra gave him to the Red Room, to make the perfect Assassin, a better spy than even The Black Widow.
At age 15 though, something happens that changes Peter’s life forever. He retaliates against his superiors and makes a break for America, where he can hopefully hide out and live the rest of his life in peace.
With his luck though, that’s never gonna happen...

When Peter first started spending time with the Avengers outside of the suit, it was right after the so graciously dubbed “civil war.” Peter had moved into the tower full time, trying to squeeze into their routine, because May moved away for work. When Peter moved in, tensions were still running high, and while Peter was involved in very few of those problems directly, because he was the youngest and the newest, he was the one that the team picked on in order to try to lighten the spirits.

Summary
If you could see Peter’s lab in Stark Tower or the Avengers Compound, you’d wonder if it’s some mad-scientist abomination or a storage room gone crazy.
There are screens upon screens upon screens, little things scattered across almost every available surface, and even ones that aren’t technically available. There are haphazardly balanced books and sheets of metal and overflowing trash cans and more random trinkets scattered around than you can think of. And yet, Peter knows precisely where everything is.
Organized chaos. Entropy. There’s some scientific explanation for it.
Peter works in a state of 'a lot.' There's a reason for that, and a reason it's a bad idea for him to not have that.
