And with that he was off, disappearing around the corner at the back end of the aisle. Connor shook his head, letting out an amused snort.
”Excuse me…”
The woman who’d been startled by Hank’s outburst had pushed her card up to Connor’s and put a hand on his arm, making him turn around again.
”Who exactly are you?”
Connor blinked, puzzled by the question, and stood up straighter. “I’m… my name is Connor, why are you asking?”
”Are you his android?”Or: Hank and Connor have an unfortunate altercation at the grocery store. Luckily they have each other to turn to.

Richie shot him a sharp glance, his jaw clenched. "What the fuck do you mean, Eddie?" Richie’s voice was sharp now, the usual humour stripped away.
Eddie flinched, the words hitting harder than Richie probably intended. He had to swallow down the sudden lump in his throat. He wasn’t angry at Richie: he was just... scared. Scared that if he didn’t push through this, Richie would drift further and further away.

It's been years since the Losers defeated Pennywise, but the affects of that night still lingered. All of the Losers seemed to have moved on. They had kids, steady careers; they were happy. But Richie? It felt like his life was falling apart right in front of him. Richie remembers, but not everything.
He remembers that Stanley Uris was the best, that they went on Indiana Jones missions in the rain, drank coffee with too much milk and sugar, had sleepovers and talked late at night. He also remembers the bittersweet feeling of loving, wanting to be loved and how complicated things could get when the butterflies flutter at the wrong time, when thinking about the wrong person, of the wrong gender. Richie remembers his friends and the world they created, a separate world that's in Derry, but not quite Derry at all. Spring cleaning the clubhouse, the high school graduation, getting kicked out of class. Teasing, laughing, crying. The frustration of wanting more, of wanting less.
He's now 44 years old and finally makes the journey back to reunite with everything he left behind - with everyone he left behind. Unfortunately, he does not remember that two of his favorite people won't be able to meet him there. But then again - nobody who dies in Derry ever really dies, right?
