Barn (“Baby”) Ingellvar, code name Rook, is a trans man dwarf, former Legionnaire, and the Grand Necropolis’s favorite undead foundling. Rook navigates relationships, respectability, and the end of the world. Emmrich intends on a charming courtship, and gets kicked in the face with an existential crisis instead. And Harding? Harding becomes the Blight. Don’t worry! It’s a good thing.
A Veilguard and post-Veilguard fix-it fic, told (at first) through new codex letters and party banter. The unconventional format has a storytelling function, and changes as the Titans start to wake up. Rook’s romance arc is V-shaped polyamory: Rook/Harding and Rook/Emmrich, separately.

I am posting my memoir as a fanfiction because it's too bizarre for traditional publishing and there's no way I could get the rights to these characters. "How does that work?" you may ask. Bow is drawn into a parallel world where everything humanity has ever dreamed of exists, including fantastical versions of all their friends, and more disturbingly, a reminder of their suicidal past. In order to get to the bottom of this, Bow must come face to face with the decaying visage of their own mortality. Literally.
