Summary
The priest of the church has his back turned away from Wilbur’s approach. He lights a row of candles without a single inclination he knows Wilbur is there, but Wilbur is certain that he does. Phil and he have sat in this little town for nearly a month now, and while Wilbur has not made himself a social pariah, he has spent more time at the church debating theology with the good Father than socializing with the masses. The masses do not matter to his plan. They may even inadvertently benefit. But at the end of the day, they are nothing more than an afterthought. What matters is their priest.
He exudes a different flair than any priest Wilbur has ever known. The heart of their little town, Wilbur would say. With his open-door policy and bold sympathy for sinners, with his tight-lipped smile and carefully-chosen words, with a face meant to appeal to saints and sinners alike, well, he has certainly made himself the heart. Painstakingly so.

Quackity doesn’t remember having his line ever being anything but dark and withered, and with experience of many failed relationships, he soon learnt to pay no mind to it.
And Wilbur Soot made it his new personal project.

"You say that about every human you get attached to. And, every time, sooner or later, you get bored or a little too hungry."
Quackity didn't like the way they were speaking about "humans" as if the word didn't apply to them.
"I do not." Wilbur defended himself
Or: Quackity caves and makes a deal with a vampire. Quackity’s blood for Wilbur’s protection. Unfortunately for Quackity, Wilbur is an asshole and also incredibly needy.

Summary
Wilbur's hands grabbed his own, long and thin fingers carefully examining much shorter ones. Alex watched his face carefully, scanning his emotions. Soft features rested monotone, thick eyelashes fluttering as he blinked. He looked sweeter up close, more like a puppy than a mutt. A pretty exterior that kept you from noticing rotted fangs and foamed lips. Wilbur's features were naturally soft and round, except his nose bump and his hollowed cheeks. Cheeks that were sharp and indented. They weren't meant to be like that, but they were.
"What are you-- fuck." Alex jumped as his finger was suddenly brought in between cracked lips, a pained wince attacking his features as Wilbur's tongue dug into the wound. His finger stung, but he didn't pull away, he was too confused. Wilbur's eyes held no discernible emotion as they flicked up to Alex's. He couldn't look away from his gaze, simply let it happen as pain met each suck and lick.

Alex finds himself in a motel with his mentally unstable boyfriend, Wilbur.

“Are you hungry? There's some dinner leftover.” Q asked gently, breaking the silence. He grabbed the doorknob to their bedroom with one hand, pushing the suitcase inside with the other.
“Hm? I'm fine, don't worry about it” Wilbur was relieved the darkness of the night didn't give away the obvious way his eyes shined with the idea of food. His stomach was growling with painful hunger; however, bothering Alex with something so small at this hour felt like an unbearable task, especially after the man had stayed up late waiting for him.
Wilbur walked inside the bedroom as well, unbuckling his belt and throwing his sweater into a nearby chair, before launching himself into the pillows.
“Are you sure? I could reheat you something if you want-”
“Just…lay with me.” Wilbur called him, his arm lazily reaching for his small hand, squeezing it weakly, just to reinforce his wish. “I haven't been sleeping well… not without you.”

Alex sighed softly, sitting next to him
“Of course, mi amor.”

A bright smile spreads across their face. With venom laced on their tongue, Q hisses sweetly, “And what’s your name for the order?”
Something in the way Q speaks rattles Wilbur to his core. He can’t decide if he wants to make a run for it or lay down his life for the diner employee. Static floods his mind, and his hands go limp at his sides.
His brain fights against the walls of his skull, and Wilbur blinks away the haze from behind his eyes. He takes a moment to glance around and ground himself in reality once more. Remembering the question, Wilbur turns back to Q and answers with the most charming smile he can muster, “Ah, I don’t really remember. Call me what you like.”
OR
Wilbur is a vampire and forgets he's a vampire. Well, actually, he forgets who he is.
Quackity is a fae who's more than a little curious about this weird "mortal" who doesn't know his own name.

“And what does my mentor do, other than bring me feathers?”
Q’s heart stutters momentarily as the feather is tucked behind Wilbur’s ear. His caramel eyes find his own once more. This time, Q smiles with confidence, ignoring the approaching peacekeepers. His time may be up, but they’ll leave him alone soon enough. Once they recognize the face of the surrogate son of the monster that signs their pay checks. It pays to be a lookalike, and the Quackity name holds enough weight yet.
