Summary
The amount of time that Four was left in complete solitude was starting to get to her. It has been five years since the NSS left, deciding that she would stay behind to watch the cabin. However, contact slowly dwindled over time until she hadn’t heard a thing from them in years. When the pain in her mind becomes too much to handle, she decides to escape society to clear her head.
And she comes back looking to hurt those who have wronged her.

“Aww, argumentative, are we?” Shiver yanked at one of Frye’s tentacles to pull her head back and she hissed—but not before they leaned in and kissed sweet bruises into her neck. “Forgot who owns you, maybe?” The thigh between Frye’s legs was pressing now, ever so slightly, into the sopping crease of her underwear, and Frye couldn’t wrench her head away or get any words out or do anything but hold on for the life flashing before her eyes. “Forgot how good it feels to submit?”
“F-fuck you,” Frye gritted out. “I—I don’t—I don’t take orders from you.”
“Brat.” Shiver pulled her off the wall, sending her stumbling into their arms, and gave her a searing smack on the ass.
“Sh-Shiver!”
“The less you fight, the nicer I’ll be.” Shiver leaned in to offer a reassuring peck on the cheek—but Frye turned and caught their lip between her fangs.
“If you’re gonna dominate me,” she murmured, “earn it.”

“They're both good flavors,” she says, taking the spoon out of her mouth and, before she can overthink it, giving it a long, slow lick. Two pairs of eyes follow her mouth. “I might need something else to break the tie.”
“Yeah?” Frye leans over the counter, fingers fidgeting and gaze sharp. “And what might that be? What can we do to convince you?”
Callie gives the best unbothered shrug she can in a situation like this, where her insides are boiling and her hearts are racing and all the alarm bells are going off in her head—but she can't stop, because this game they're all playing is the most fun she's had in weeks, and she wants to see just how far she'll get, just how much they're willing to give her. She eats the sample of mint chocolate chip as slowly as she can, and her chest flutters at how Shiver and Frye never once look away from her mouth, her bobbing throat, her careful hand.

In order for Terry, Agent Marie, and ex-DJ Octavio to escape the underground alive, they need to steal the Octobot king. The easiest, safest way to get in without being detected is for Terry to pose as his identical twin sister, Atla.
Atla, meanwhile, is being held in a snowglobe by the rest of the NSS. Agent Callie and Captain 3 may not have gotten answers out of Atla, but they know enough to investigate underground. They just have to wait for the other agents...

Summary
When DJ Octavio needed spies on the surface after the first Great Zapfish Kidnapping, the Brine family was tapped. Having a family removed any surface suspicion, and Amy and Atla being identical twins mean they can pretend to have one kid and throw off the authorities. In Splatsville, Amy goes by 'Terry', a boy who plays harmonica for tips while also keeping the Salmonid-Octarian alliance alive and picking pockets. Then the 'Rich Inkopolis Tourist' Terry tries to rob turns out to be Captain Cuttlefish, AKA Octo Murderer, AKA Scourge of the Underground, and recruits Terry as Agent 3. Amy isn't too sure she can handle being a double agent, even if her parents are, and it's only a matter of time before all the carefully-crafted lies start crashing down.

Frye lowers her head with closed eyes and slaps her face multiple times before springing into a power stance. She pumps her fists in the air. “SHELLLLLL YEA’ BROTHA! LET THE DATE COMMMMMENCE!!!”Shiver unplug their ears by removing their fingers. “You watch too much pro wrestling.”
“Ya don't watch it enough.” She smirks, untying her hair bands and pulling them out from her hair. “Ya missing out on some of the fine ladies and their cod-tier jiggle physics~. Truly a chef's kiss.”
They rest one of their cheeks against their palm, displaying that they're unperturbed by her comment. “My goodness, I'm dating a pervert.”
“Says the one who ogled at me since middle school.”

Out of all the “Shiver was an octarian soldier” AUs/ex-headcanons/theories from early splatoon 3, this is probably my favourite version of it. Classic Deep cut banter and bonding, Shiver getting to know the surface, and the trio bonding super quickly instead of shiver being an aggressive feral cat for 20 chapters.
Shame it’s dead, though.

Although whenever she went online she'd find that people thought her and Shiver were cute, burying these ideas she tried to wipe her mind clean as to not disturb or concern Big-man or Shiver. Frye can't help but wonder though.

Summary
There are infinite dimensions within the multiverse. Oftentimes, these dimensions intersect in unexpected and magnificent ways. Occasionally, a crisis arises which threatens all of reality. On those occasions, inhabitants from multiple dimensions join forces to combat the existential threats which seek to bring doom to all they hold dear.

At the side of Shiver’s neck, right against Marie’s cheek, a large, ragged scar replaces soft skin. If she tries, she can remember the exact moment they’d acquired the injury, tasting the adrenaline and cloying fear on her tongue. None of this is pretty.
“Marie,” Shiver mutters, stilling their hands from exploring the skin beneath her tank top. Their voice is rougher than usual, ghosting against her ear, and she nearly shudders. “Is this really okay?”
She nods, splaying fingers out on the small of their back beneath their shirt. “It’s nice.”
“It won’t change anything?”
“No.”..
The world is over and Marie is still clinging to her worst vice— lying to herself.
