Tommy does no longer identify himself with the Minecraft Family. He does not think of them as his family and only lives in the house because he can not move out until he's eighteen or emancipated. He thinks of Sam and Ponk as his family. He thinks of Dream, George and Sapnap as his brothers. He thinks of Ranboo as his best friend. He was used to being ignored and left alone. This all changed when one day he walked past an alleyway and saved a dog's life.
also known as, Tommy has Found Family™ and then doing an act of kindnesss he expands it. Meanwhile his biological family suddenly remembers him and now he has them to worry about.

The cold encompasses him, wrapping around his body and squeezing hard. He can't breathe, he can't breathe. Where is he? He doesn't remember. The frost of the tundra nips at his fingertips and he's sure his face is flushed. It's so cold outside. He should've brought a coat, or perhaps armor, but alas he had left both of those things at his house. He can hear the sizzle of his skin, his feet searing with pain. It appears that he isn't wearing shoes either.
The subtle meowing of his cat startles him from his thoughts and the small point of a pink nose directs his attention towards a small cottage. Techno's place.
How did he get to the tundra again? He misses the warmth of the nether and he can't seem to remember which way the portal is. His only saving grace is the Techno's cottage that's up ahead. His arms wrap around himself and his cat and he pushes forward, ignoring the way his feet sting. Hopefully it'll be warmer inside, or maybe somebody will let him in and get him a nice, big, comfy coat or blanket. Maybe the fireplace will be turned on, if he's lucky.

The clinking of bottles sounded as the child picked up the bag and placed the strap in Phil’s open palm.
“Great,” Phil said with a smile.

Basically, Techno is turned into a Hoglin and starts freaking out in the nether while Philza goes ‘nope, I’m not doing his chores again, not this time, Ranboo, you’re my favourite, fuck this’ and sets off to find him.
Also, Phil is oblivious to Hoglin Techno.
(Update: not sure if I’m going to continue. I’ve grieved and let go, but it still feels wrong to write about Technoblade when he’s not with us anymore. Maybe someday.) -

The nether was a horrible place that mobs often tried to leave no matter the cost. Sadly it is really hard to kill a nether mob… until the newcomers came. The portal became the solution to so many mobs problems. Including Technos, yet he had never told a single soul that was his intention when going through. (I’m bad at explaining but like it’s good I think, also it’s a bunch of angst)
