Summary
Alejandro peppers more kisses across his hand, each one an apology.
Lips pressing to the back of his hand, he apologizes for sending Rudy into that house alone.
He kisses each of his fingers before unfurling them to kiss their calloused pads; every kiss confesses that he should’ve gotten there sooner and begs for forgiveness because Rudy almost died alone.
A kiss to his scraped-up palm is his repentance for somehow making Rudy think that the mission meant more than his life. He carefully closes Rudy’s fingers, curling them around the kiss as if he could hold onto the fleeting warmth left by Alejandro’s lips.
As if he’d feel the apologies Alejandro left there when he finally wakes up.

After Soap got shot and has to recover in the hospital, the situation triggers König's anxiety disorder, and he seeks comfort from a reluctant Ghost that would rather not deal with it but feels guilty of Soap getting hurt.
Due to the circumstances, Ghost has to come to term with his attraction towards König and Soap, as well as his sexuality and letting people in again.
This fic is focused on developing relationships, healing from trauma and self acceptance.This is an AU where Kortac and Specgru do not fight each other/they do work together because I want them to kiss. Also, Ale and Rudy are married and everyone is queer. :)
