Thomas Potter-Love is a Different Dimension by SquibNation10

Summary
Harry Potter returns to his original universe after seven years in another dimension, another time, another life. He has to relearn everything, his name, his family and the legacy of the Boy-Who-Lived.
The only thing he knows is Tom. Tom is here with him to face the challenges together. They’ve faced their darkest fears, survived a muggle war and found solace in each other. But prophecies, revelations and the threat of the Wizardry World will soon change everything. Will their love pull through once he learns the truth?
And can he be strong enough to defeat the evil dark wizard hellbent on killing him, destroying all he loves all to obtain the “power he knows not”?
Sequel to Harry Riddle- Love is a different time.
Important Disclaimer: Serious canon divergence because Harry Potter did not attend Hogwarts from the first to the fourth year in this timeline. It's a love story y'all, and a sprinkle of action.
Currently in the process of editting to give myself and readers a manageable headache. Wish me luck!

Summary
Miles "questionable morals" Morales needed to come up with a brilliant lie when his parents saw him with Peter. What did he come up with of course? That Peter is his uncle, specifically he's married to his Uncle Aaron. The look of shock on his parents face about finding out that Aaron was even married, much less to a man didn't help when Peter chose to go along with the lie. Now he and Aaron are caught up in a web of their own making as they continue to spin the web of a small lie that started all because Miles sucks at coming up with them.

Miles saves the multiverse, gets sweet new powers, goes through a fairly-traumatic origin story, and has four whole days of riding high on a wave of new-and-improved teenaged self-esteem before some douche on the street looks him dead in the eye and says, "You couldn't have waited until Peter Parker was cold in his grave before stealing his name, huh?"

"“This new Spidey is… Well, he bothers me.”
Miles’ heart pounded. This was the most his dad had talked about Spider-Man ever since the death of Peter Parker, even after the night where Miles had fought Fisk.
“Why’s that?” Miles tried to look nonchalant, pushing his rice around his plate with his fork.
“I think… Well, I think he might be a kid.”"
Jefferson has an issue with the new Spider-Man swinging around Brooklyn: he might be too young to be in this game.
Miles has an issue with his father taking an interest in Spider-Man: It's just one more opportunity for Miles to reveal himself to a father who probably wouldn't understand.
