Summary
Will steps into the woods. Birds chirp around him, and squirrels run up the trees. It's been six months since Vecna was finally defeated, and now everyone is finally beginning to settle. Everyone except for Will. He can't seem to get out of fight or flight mode, and everything's been wrong. His body feels off, heavy and achy, while his concentration is shot. No one noticed when he stopped showing up to things, stopped answering his radio. El will chatter every night about what her and Mike were up to that day.
And it seems to take all of Dustin's energy to keep moving, and to show up himself. Lucas is with Max, and no one noticed when Will started to fade into the background. He knew if he stopped trying, this is what would happen. He knew as soon as he had to beg for their attention. It's ok though, he's always known his place. And now it's fine for him to step back, and let them all breathe without him. Every morning he takes another walk like this one, trying to chase away the ache in his joints that make it hard to move. Part of him knows that he should say something, that this isn't normal pain.
That something is seriously wrong, but he can't bring himself to.

Summary
There’s a noise to his left near the treeline, immediately drawing his attention. He grabs the pistol tucked into his waistband, eyes scanning for anything moving. A small cylinder rolls towards Bellamy, and he’s at least half convinced that it’s about to blow up. It doesn’t though, and it just starts spewing smoke. Bellamy tries not to breathe it in, but he ends up passing out anyway. He’s in a cage when he wakes up, and immediately starts to panic in his head.
Where am I? This doesn’t look like a-
He looks around and sees just rows and rows of cages. Most of them have people in them.

Summary
Alex sits at the coffee table of his apartment with Clear, eating cereal as he stares into the void. It’s been a blissfully quiet year since they finally beat death, and settled into their new lives. They’re all in college now, and Carter still comes by for dinner at least three times a week, joking about Alex being a house husband every time he cooks. They’re getting better, slowly healing together. It’s not straightforward healing, but they’re all really trying their best to live life.
It’s Saturday, and Alex doesn’t have work for another hour, so he’s let his cereal go soggy from his racing thoughts distracting him. Normally he’d be pushing out of the door, keeping life fast enough to lock everything up. It’s been better now though, so he watches the spot between the fridge and the counter. He can’t hear anything in his head, and it’s blank, no blood or faces. Then a knock on his door drags him out of his trance.

Ward is working as a double agent for Shield against Hydra. They refused to let him tell his team, even after Hydra overtook Shield. Eventually they found out that he was ‘Hydra’, and he was run out. As much as it hurt, it was probably for the best since he didn’t have to hurt any of them this way since he feels without a fight. But soon they find themselves stuck together again anyway.

Summary
Hunter sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose. It’s quiet in his and Bobbi’s apartment. Dinner is set out on the table, getting cold. He shouldn’t be surprised, he really shouldn’t. He’s not perfect either, he’s gotten caught up on things at work,but he really thought this anniversary was going to be different. That if he put in the effort, they could make it happen. He turns out the lights, and leaves the plates on the table. He crashes in the guest room, not knowing if Bobbi would even come home that night.
Hunter wakes up to his phone ringing in the the next room, and he has half a mind to bury his head, and ignore it. But he doesn’t, he drags himself to the other room, glancing at the clock on his way out. It’s almost three a.m., and there is no reasonable person calling him at this hour. Some part of his brain wonders if it’s Bobbi, because getting out of bed to talk to her right now feels tragic from his perspective. But it’s not a labeled contact, and he knows it’s a job before he even picks up.

“They want to find Clarke. At this point they’ve checked everywhere they thought she was going to be. Now they’re having us check places they didn’t think she was going to be. Though this part of the woods is really dark. Is it just me or is it actively getting darker?” Bellamy asks, glancing up.
“No, it’s not just you. This place really doesn’t seem safe. I don’t think we should have come out here by ourselves. Especially since it’s on the opposite side of Mount Weather, and we haven’t been out here.”
“That’s part of why Kane and Abby think she might be hiding out here though I do think they should have sent us with some backup. I’m not gonna complain though, because I know we’re short staffed. They meant for Jasper and Monty to go with us, but they got busy at the last minute.”

Dick froze—every argument, every accusation thrown between the two running through his mind. He wasn’t sure if he could take it—to hear it spoken truthfully and directly. Hearing all of Bruce’s hatred, contempt, and disappointment in him poured out not just in a heated yelling match in the cave but in front of Damian, in front of the whole world.
Bruce coughed, blood flicking from his lips from a failed attempt to bite his tongue, and Dick hung his head in resignation. It was at least nice to know Bruce wasn’t eager to dump out his true feelings.
“His suit.” Bruce choked, and the room went silent.
