He doesn't know why, only that he cannot rest while plagued by thoughts of his former faction and brother. Finding Optimus alone, sensing a similar sadness him--he resolves to rely on old Decepticon rumor regarding the primacy, and Optimus's adoption of a certain risqué custom to bring comfort to his new leader.
Or was it for them both? He couldn't remember.

Summary
Pharma, the lone survivor of his Autobot group, finds himself isolated with a Decepticon he picked up from a deserted planet. Things get complicated, however, when Tarn reveals he’s low on energon and has gotten used to refueling in a very particular way after being stranded.
Pharma, meanwhile, has his own inner turmoil with how radio silent his faction has been to his SOS calls. Fortunately (or unfortunately) Tarn has taken notice of this.

(This is really like all the transformers franchise combined but in the setting of the transformers one movie. So keep in mind that their frames are like that but with certain details of their alternates)

Vividly, his best friend's marching back resembled one of a much taller, dangerous frame, before Orion managed to clasp his arms around D-16 in a tackle.
“Agh! Pax!” D grunted, almost tipping over but steadying himself. Cycles of practice by being Orion pax bestfriend. He faced Orion with bewilderment, as if he didn’t expect Orion to go after him.
“Please,” Orion tightened his hold, begging, “talk to me.”
The Matrix decides to play cupid, and shove the two in a makeshift closet, which is essentially a dream world of their own.
It would take a whole more than that to make peace together, but it was a start.

“After his last mission with you, Sentinel Prime related something of interest to me,” Ultra Magnus had said, giving Optimus an appraising glance. “He informed me that Megatron seems to be under the impression that he can recruit you.”
Optimus’s optics cycled wide, and without almost any actual thought, he blurted out, “I would never betray the autobots!”
Ultra Magnus’s face did not change, but his optics glinted. “I am aware, Optimus Prime. That is exactly why I am asking you to do just that.”
A pause.
“What?”

A new Autobot-Decepticon war rages on. Both sides cling to what territory they have and struggle to achieve any real progress.
For the soldiers on the ground, the battles seem never ending. Victory is short lived and often followed almost immediately by new defeat. For the mechs at the top, the choices are never easy. Sacrifices and risky plays are the name of the game in this eternal war.
The Autobots may have numbers, but there is a traitor in their midst who is proving difficult to uproot.
And then Ultra Magnus makes the decision to give the Autobots their own peek behind enemy lines. By sending Optimus Prime to become a Decepticon.

“…Megatron?” He whispered, reaching up to brush his fingers across the elegant white plating framing the other’s face. For a sparkbeat, everything felt still, almost peaceful. But then Megatron’s mouth moved, and reality glitched. Those red optics back in place of blue.
“What the frag are you doing?!” Megatron snarled, gripping Optimus’ wrists tightly in his hands. Droplets of energon dripped down his fingers, matching perfectly with the deep gashes torn into Megatron’s neck.
“I…” Optimus faltered, optics wide with horror. He didn’t remember attacking him—didn’t remember anything after the flash of white plating and those tender touches.

Summary
Defeated and dragged back to the world he called home in chains, Megatron can do no more than endure. A rescue from Cybertron itself is almost impossible; he is forced to face the possibility that the Decepticon cause is lost, and that he will end his days as an Autobot experimental subject.
Optimus's hero's welcome is shortlived. Deemed too radical and ousted from the position of Magnus on a technicality, he struggles to keep those he cares about safe from the Council's manipulations and Sentinel Prime's ambition, a struggle that will cost him more than he believed possible.
General Strika contemplates a future without her leader, and finds it bleak. If the General of Destruction is to pull the Decepticon Cause's skidplate out of the scrappile, she's going to have to do a lot of thinking outside the box.
Ratchet learns the true uses to which his research has been put, and begins to wonder if the Decepticons had the right idea. When the extents to which Optimus has been forced come to light, Ratchet makes the decision that might save them all or damn him further.

One day, during battle, the seeker tries again, confident this time he’ll succeed. Of course, his plan goes wrong—again. Normally, this would be the part where Starscream retreats to nurse his wounds—
—but there’s one problem.
Somehow, he’s stuck in human form—and saddled with the role of a magical girl?! Yeah, Primus must really hate him.
Unfortunately, that isn't his biggest problem as Starscream finds himself being pulled further entangled into something that would have been better left alone.
