Summary
Elrond has his own, strange quest to embark upon before leaving Middle-earth. He has not seen his foster father in thousands of years. Though Maglor is said to wander by the sea, no one has heard any news of him in an Age.
Elrond does not seek to find or destroy any object, powerful or otherwise. What he wants is both more simple and more complex: to take his father with him, or wish him farewell. He does not know if Maglor can be found, but that will not stop him from making the attempt. The lonely shores call to him, and so does a song in the distance...
Written for the Tolkien Reverse Summer Bang 2020, this work is a collaboration, based on this illustration by mallornblossom (now felixwhetsel).

Summary
“Come on.” Maedhros grabbed his hand and pulled him along down the path, both of them quickening their pace now, until the trees opened up into a wide meadow filled with flowers, bright yellow celandine and dandelions and sweet-scented pale chamomile mingling with cornflowers and irises. On the other side of it was a larger party than Maglor had ever seen in Lórien—five figures sitting in the grass. Huan barked again, and they all looked up. “It seems everyone has come to fetch us home,” Maedhros said, laughing, as all their brothers scrambled to their feet.
After years in Lórien, Maglor and Maedhros are ready to return to their family and to make something new with their lives--but to move forward, all of Fëanor's sons must decide how, or if, they can ever reconcile with their father.

"Gather your strength, Daeron. I will get you to the Ford of Bruinen.”
“Will you swear it, kinslayer?” Daeron asked, voice heavy with irony and with something else Maglor couldn’t quite identify.
He paused for a moment. Then he said, “Yes.”-

Summary
Aka "That Omegaverse Silm AU Nobody Asked For".
The story of Omega Fëanor giving birth to his sons, and a look at some other members of the House of Finwë in an Omegaverse setting.
This is the canon-era backstory for most Omega Verses set later (in the modern era), within the Flameborn multiverse. While this series starts off with F/M, it soon evolves into predominantly M/M and incest ships. If that isn't your thing, back away now.
This series is in shorter installments rather than a single longfic, which allowed me to update out of chronological order [I got motivated to tackle certain stories on my to-do list ahead of other ones]. Because of this, if you are beginning the series, it will make more sense if you read in series order rather than the order of time posted.
While all the stories are interconnected and together form a narrative, they can also be read as standalones; it is not necessary to read every story in this series for context, if you would rather skip certain kinks or themes.
This series is complete as of May 30, 2022. 😸

Elrond, meanwhile, looked Gil-galad directly in the eyes with a faint smile on his face. For the first time, Gil-galad was forced to consider the idea that he may not be dealing with two desperate Fëanorian hostages, but two beloved Fëanorian sons.
Elrond and Elros adapt to life in Gil-galad's court. Gil-galad does his best to ease the peredhil into life at court, convinced he's dealing with two traumatized hostages, but their behaviour slowly begins to prove otherwise.

Summary
There was already an oath that controlled elves before the one Fëanor made in YT 1495. One that drove the Eldar from Cuiviénen and gave them hope for a new life; one that enabled the Valar to exert greater control than ever before; one that took all semblance of choice and control from fourteen elves in return for the greater good.
"Then Manwë said to the Valar: 'This is the counsel of Ilúvatar in my heart: that we should take up again the mastery of Arda, at whatsoever cost, and deliver the Quendi from the shadow of Melkor.' Then Tulkas was glad; but Aulë was grieved, foreboding the hurts of the world that must come of that strife." (J.R.R. Tolkien, The Silmarillion)
Fifteen elves swear to bear children for the Valar in exchange for the protection of their race, and thus the Maiar come into being. This story follows the ramifications of that choice from the Years of the Trees through the Fourth Age of Middle-Earth.

“Laurie, it’s not your… kind I have issue with. It’s your family, and you specifically. You can understand why I might hold a grudge.”
Maglor shrugged, adjusting his guitar strap. “Sure, I understand. But the salient question here is not “will you ever forgive me”, which is frankly a pointless inquiry, given that I have yet to forgive myself. The real question is: David Ronald of the Burned Wood, will you play the Blues with me?”

Summary
In the early Fourth Age, Elrond's sons are tricked by their brother into scouting the northernmost coast of Harad for him, and get caught in a storm, from which they find refuge with two friendly travelers who reveal themselves to be quite more than that.
Maglor and Daeron, in their defense, didn't know those two young men seeking shelter were their grandsons (it's complicated) and that the encounter would upset the carefully-curated calm of their life.
They make it work.

There's only one problem - neither Artanáro nor Tyelperinquar ships it.

Summary
After the Final Battle against Morgoth ended in a catastrophe, the three surviving grandsons of Finwe made a deal with Eru to go back in time so they could defeat Morgoth and Sauron before the fallen Vala and corrupted Maia bring harm to the ones they love and care for.
However, Eru seemed to have a strange sense of humor, because instead of going back before the First Age as Finwe's grandsons, they went back and became Elu Thingol's sons.
