Something isn´t right...
The day after Rufus´s and Mateo´s heartbreaking deaths, both of them resuscitate in their respective homes as if nothing had happened and cope with severe symptomathology. Rufus remembers everything. Mateo remembers nothing. Lidia and Malcolm definitely know; it´s a matter of time before they end up searching each other and start questioning what happened. Hunter Wittebane is a top student at NYU Stern Business school in the 90s — academically that is. Unfortunately, past trauma and social anxiety has kept him from succeeding in a way that his uncle — a mogul in the Christian Music Industry— finds acceptable.
Willow Park is also a senior undergrad (also at NYU) who manages the flower booth at her fathers’ four bodegas (Parks on the Park). As graduation approaches she has hoped to get accepted into a competitive Masters for Environmental Science -- during the day that is.
At night she’s the singer/bassist for the underground punk band The Emeralds.
When Hunter messes up the last of many disastrous interviews for a summer internship, he stumbles into The Owl House, a famous East Village rock club, rained on and desperate to find a payphone.
What he discovers is the key to his past, present and future.
And maybe even a chance at love.

The elevator pilings and finally comes to a stop. The doors open slowly, and Peter bounces his leg impatiently, pushing through the narrow opening before they open fully. His backpack almost snagged in the process.
“I came as quickly I could,” He pants stepping into the penthouse, “Where’s the fire?”
It had been nearly twenty minutes since Tony called him, asking him to hurry to the tower. Peter’s mind was racing with things that could have gone wrong, ranging from a full-on Alien invasion to a minor incident with Hydra. The latter is more likely on this partial afternoon.
Tony emerges from around the corner, a smirk playing on his lips, as Morgan runs past him and right up to Peter. Her small arms hugged Peter’s legs.
“Petey!” She giggles excitedly looking up at him with big curious eyes.

Tony tricks Peter to take the afternoon off, to take his little sister ice skating at Central Park.
