Summary
In their university Theatre Department's production of "Spring Awakening", Hajime and Kaito may be in the same cast, but they're in two very different worlds. At callbacks, recent transfer Hajime meets Nagito, and the two instantly feel a spark. Meanwhile, Kaito is cast as the show's openly bisexual character, and he is struggling to deal with that. He has his own personal issues regarding portraying a bisexual person... especially when he thinks about his scene partner, Shuichi-- in a "completely platonic way".
You do not need to know the musical "Spring Awakening" to enjoy this fic, but I highly recommend it! There are plenty of good productions available on YouTube.
TW for abuse, homophobia, and sexual content displayed in the script of Spring Awakening, as well as some themes being present among the characters of this fic.
