Summary
Not every body gets a proper burial. In the wake of the Calamity, Hyrule became a land of corpses, of broken history, of mass graves. Now, newer bones stain its lands, their origin a mystery to all but a few.
In a forest named for the dead, a lily blooms within its sun-bleached cage.Or: Wild, like any of the heroes, has plenty of secrets. There's one in particular, though, that he's not sure he can keep under wraps - one that he's desperate to hide. Meanwhile, Time doubts his abilities as he struggles to keep the group from falling apart.

Time felt panic swell in him. They were already missing two of their members, and now they had to get this child and his dog back home- wherever they came from. They did not have time for this.
Then Time looked into the child’s big eyes that were wide with fear and defiance that shone a familiar blue. He looked at the familiar oversized blue tunic he wore. He looked again at the wolf pup, which, now that he was paying attention, wasn’t just similar to Wolfie, but exactly like him, down to the familiar markings on his forehead.

Summary
Time and Wind are the first heroes to meet each other, and, to their quiet surprise, they get along extremely well. It's when they run into a third hero that things start to get tense; The Hero of the Wild is airy, detached, and maybe even a little too eager, and even though Wind and Time feel bad about their suspicions, they can't help treating him differently.
However, Time and Wind quickly realize that Wild's heart is just as golden as everyone claims it is.

Summary
The Links walk through a portal and find themselves in a world where death is no longer the worst that can happen. Their strength has been drained, their abilities have been altered, and several secrets are about to come to light as the relationship between bearers of the Hero's Spirit is revealed in ways it's never been before.
What connection does this new world have to their quest? And why do they keep hearing dice rolling?
Arc 1 (Ch 1-21): Bandits and drow cause trouble around a small coastal town.
Arc 2 (Ch 22-39): The corrupted government hides secrets beneath the sewers of a major city.
Arc 3 (Ch 40-60): Using what they've learned, the Chain goes after Ganon and the mad deity responsible for the mess.Self-imposed challenge:
- Write the LU boys with the abilities of D&D 5E PCs.
- No multi-classing, do not let any Link share the same class as another Link, use all 13 official 5E classes (use OCs as necessary to cover all the classes).
- Use only official character options.
- Use every class feature that each member of the Chain gets.
- Take the characters from Level 1 to Level 20.-

Link has agreed to take these 8 travelers to the nearby Highland stable, across the Bridge of Hylia. Just as he does every day, Farosh rises from the water. Link has only ever known one other person to be able to see the dragons, Zelda, but that's about to change.
Now a multi-chapter fic, where Wild and the gang try to be friends, but it will take a little time, a little effort, and a few secrets shared.
Updates whenever I'm satisfied with the next chapter.

Link has survived a 100-year coma, fought an uncountable number of monsters more than triple his size, solved puzzles meant to kill, helped seal a giant pig made of Calamity all the while having no memories of before and in the body of a seven-year-old—which, Link would like to state, 100 years ago, he had been a seventeen year old!
In which no one believes Wild isn't a child, despite some of the clear signs he inhabits.
(Were they simply in denial? Link wondered; sweet Hylia, he knew by his own experience he shouldn't expect perfect cookie-cutter warriors, but still! And they called him weird for his staring problem—yes he knows he lacks some social cues, thank you very much, but he's inclined to blame that on his first month awake and absolutely no memories to his name.)
