“Okay,” Hollander says, voice tiny, like he doesn’t even realise he’s saying it.
He doesn’t say anything else. The air’s so heavy around them that it feels like being in the middle of a scrum, the weight and heat of all those bodies pressing down on you. Danger always feels like hockey; it’s the most dangerous thing Ilya knows, except for this. Everything dangerous in his life involves men’s bodies and just how close he can get to them. Closer than he probably should.
In the 2009 draft, Ilya Rozanov goes first, and Shane Hollander mysteriously drops out at the last minute. A year later, Hollander's back, and to everyone's surprise, he's drafted by the Boston Raiders — to play on the same team as his biggest rival. But being teammates doesn't necessarily mean that anything is easier.

“Suguru, he’s alive,” Shoko reaches out a hand, placing it on his shoulder and pulling it back as he shrugs her off in a jerky motion, shaking his head and letting out a raspy breath of what is supposed to be Satoru’s name. Except that’s not what comes out, instead thick, bitter blood dribbles past his lips as he gasps, little black drops reminiscent of the curses he’d swallowed the day before dripping onto the ground next to Satoru. “Oh, Suguru.”.

Two men walk in who can’t keep their eyes off Obi-Wan and promise to do what they can to free Obi-Wan’s brother. But their help comes with a cost: Obi-Wan needs to help them take down the rich, powerful men enslaving him. Obi-Wan isn’t afraid to lose his life for a good cause, he just didn’t count on giving his heart, mind and body to these men along the way.

Summary
Viktor and Silco mend what was broken, which would be much easier to do if they lived in less interesting times, and if Silco had any concept of what dating was about. Silco tries to balance being a partner for the first time in decades with becoming increasingly focused on Zaunite freedom. It would be much easier to not care, about any of it, but unfortunately when something stirs his heart to action it is as lasting as it is rare. Viktor deals with the complexities of believing in a cause while working amongst the oppressors.
