Well.....I wrote this after the Season 2 episode finale. :-(
Adar deserved better. I am so tired of 'damaged' characters been offed in such a manner because the writers have no imagination and take the easy, lazy route. It's Ben Solo all over again. Pffffffff
Anyway, here is my little one shot set after the finale to give me a little closure.

Lucy is just a means to an end, at least thats what the Ghoul tells himself. Lucy feels a little lost but strangely drawn to her new companion.Will their journey bring them closer together or is betrayal inevitable.

There she meets the families two brothers, brothers who could not be further from each other. Armitage Hux, friendly and charming, and Kylo, a rogue with a dangerous air and seductive eyes. Rey thinks she gets the youngest son completely and judges him quickly, despite an attraction she feels. Is everything as it appears at Arkanis Hall?

Inspired by the lyrics I wrote this as a what if The Last Jedi ending had happened in a real world scenario, if that makes sense. Ben and Rey's rejection of each other for wanting different things. It's late Im rambling lol

'Illicit Affairs' is based on the song by the same name. Deep in a secret affair, Rey and Ben wrestle with their feelings for each other. During hurried moments they share, they try and block the rest of the galaxy and the war out, still wrestling with their emotions and what it means for them.
