Summary
Korra is the daughter of a restaurant owner in Republic City, the biggest city in the United Republic. Asami is the CEO of one of the largest companies in the United Republic. When their paths cross on the week of Christmas, what'll happen? Basically a Hallmark Christmas movie but make it gay.

Summary
As technology provided humanity new ways to hurt each other, and bending becomes irrelevant, the Avatar has grown more powerful and more ruthless with every generation. Korra is the most powerful Avatar yet, a living God raised by the White Lotus without mercy and little humanity. A single woman inspires her to change not only herself, but the cruel image of the Avatar. Modernish AU.

Summary
The story often begins in a remote town like this—where a traveler ventures in from afar, carrying countless secrets along dusty trails.
Asami is a monster hunter who has just moved to the border town——Kamira. She was young and skilled in machinery, traps and explosives.
Hunting alone means more risk, and she needs partners. And maybe ... a wolf. -

Summary
Korra is the Avatar, but she's in over her head and behind on her monster-slaying studies, not helped in the least by her tendency to goof off. She should be the top of her class, but a traumatic past holds her back from reaching her true potential.
Enter: Asami Sato. Cool, suave, and more than a little mysterious. Looks like our little Avatar is about to have her world flipped upside down...
A modern AU set in a world not unlike our own, with a satisfying blend of angst, comedy and romance.

Summary
This series will delve into the world of Avatar in depth, exploring the Spirit World, spirit energy, technology, bending styles, and political systems. It's mostly from Asami Sato's perspective with chapters also from Korra's, Bolin's, Mako's, and Jinora's perspectives. We begin halfway through Book 1 after Asami rescues Korra and friends from her father. Book two is a complete rewrite, and Books 3 and 4 and the comics will show the ripple effects of that rewrite. The comic Ruins of Empire will not appear in this series. Instead, a Book 5 (post-finale) story is planned that focuses on the consequences from the prior books and the implications of spirit energy/weaponry.

Summary
Sometimes, Asami would worry that she had somehow “broken” Korra.
After all, Korra fumbling with her words and getting very flustered was very unexpected. But being the engineer that she is, she takes notes on just how to “handle” the avatar the way that only she can. It's a labor of love, really.
(One shots revolving Asami and Korra and their inevitable romance post book 4. Will get updated as I can be assed to write. May include mature content in the future. Also posted in tumblr by user acetheninja01. That is me. Do not be alarmed.)

Summary
There have been many lies in Asami Sato's life. Some she lived, and others fed to her. But, since you can't stop progress anymore than you can stop the world from spinning, unraveling the truth, about herself and everything around her, always takes a back seat to the current crisis. Of course, the strongest and most debilitating lie of all is the one she forces upon herself.
Since, to focus on herself would be unforgivable. Selfish. Arrogant. If so many are suffering, how can she allow herself to grieve? To put her own well-being first? To be happy? She can't. Not yet. But maybe, once all of this is over...
Maybe.
And yet, no matter how hard she fights, or how clever she is, she can never turn that "maybe" into "now".
This is the story of how Asami Sato went beyond the impossible, time and time again.
From her lowest point to her greatest triumph. Drowning in denial and grief to shattering the laws of reality to find happiness.
How she turned "maybe" into "forever".
Loosely inspired by the American folk tale of "John Henry the Steel Driving Man"
